I booked this last minute and wasn’t disappointed at all. We wish we had more time but unfortunately our itinerary was packed. The room is clean and the sheets smelled good😀
We had a very hot shower and our breakfast and the views was wonderful! Definitely a good option if you on a budget friendly trip. Note it’s located on the West Bank which was close to the hot air balloon’s but a bit far from airport.

Had a really great stay! The hotel is on the West Bank of Luxor which is really beautiful and is nice and quiet. It is close to the Valley of the Kings and also close to the nile which was super convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful! I forgot my phone charger and one of the staff members let me borrow one from them which I thought was so sweet. The staff were always around to help and were very accommodating. Ate at the hotel restaurant the whole trip and the food was really good. Fahd helped with all of the tours and getting a driver and really went above and beyond to make my trip amazing. The hotel has two pools and the rooftop has beautiful views of the valley and the hot air balloons in the morning. All in all I was very happy with my stay :)

房間蠻大的，還有陽台，老闆人比較友好客氣，早餐也比較豐富。睡得很舒服。the room was spacious,and there was a balcony. the owner of the hotel was friendly and kind. breakfast was big. we had three comfortable nights

Yorumlara çok temiz yazıldığı için gittik ama temiz değildi. Bulunduğu mahalle kötüydü. Sadece terası ve manzarası güzeldi. Markette 10 egp ye satılan büyük su için 50 egp fiyat istediler. Çok deyince 25 e indirdi fiyatı. Üstelik odalarda ücretsiz yoktu. Buradaki otellerde terlik koyma alışkanlığı da yok bu arada. Saç kurutma makinesi de yoktu.

The best hotel in Luxor in my opinion if you are looking for a good price/comfort/view overall... A beautiful view from the rooftop, a very cozy garden and a nice decorative sense inside the hotel. Very well cleaned rooms and beds, Every men and women working in the hotel are very professional and friendly and always ready to serve you, I recommend this hotel...!!!

The hotel is on West Bank, which worked perfect - close to Valley of the kings... more peacful than the other side and most important the food in hotel was delicious for great price. You have option to walk to local ferry and move to East bank, where are tamples and more live. But for dinner, evening drink with stunning view, this hotel is such a great place. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The owner arranged taxi for us to the airport at 5 am, even suprised us with breakfast boxes. Breakfast is included and that helps a lot. We had the pleasure to explore brand new rooms, which are opening right now and they look stunning. Overall it was a great stay and if we come back one day, Thebes hotel will be our choice. Extremely hospitable family run business suitable for anyone wanting to experience Luxor in its truest form. The owner is very knowledgeable and passionate and will help you to understand the life and history of Luxor. A place loved by archaeologists due to its close proximity to the valley of the kings and queens and its extremely homely feel. The staff are extremely respectful and will do everything possible to assist you. Saad is the owner of a boat that can take you across the Nile and over to Banana Island and is an extremely lovely person. The hotel provide an in-house massage therapist and can organise trips to the various historical sites for good rates. Even as a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable and well looked after. The best place for those truly seeking a real experience of what life in Luxor really is.

We stayed at Thebes Hotel, we had such a pleasant experience at Thebes and its wonderful and hospitable staff that we barely felt like it was a business trip. Mostafa was particularly helpful in getting whatever we needed ready. The rooms were clean and the entire team was only happy to help. Thank you again for the entire Thebes team!

The hotel is on the west bank so it is close to the valley of kings and queens but not easily accessible to other things. The hotel room was spacious. The breakfast was terrible. But then the overall stay was fine when you consider the price paid.
