People who work there are friendly. However the room wasn’t serviced until after 5 pm and had to be done when I was present. The electrical connections in the room kept flickering on and off. Room looked old. My meal at Trader Vic’s was expensive and not worth the value. The food was subpar.

Well located hotel, relatively near most attractions in Al Ain. Nice swimming pool and restaurants.
