I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. We were forced to stay here due to a flight cancellation, and the front desk staff made an already stressful situation worse. They were rude, disrespectful, and completely dishonest about the pricing especially someone called Murad. Upon arrival, we were quoted one price per night, but the next day, they raised the rate without any explanation or prior notice. When we questioned the change, the staff became defensive and unhelpful, refusing to honor the original rate. Their behavior was unprofessional and left us feeling taken advantage of. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for a place to stay, avoid this one at all costs.

It was a miserable experience They have awful communication skills, veryy rude with the guests Especially the staff Murad at the reception he was very unprofessional, shouting and not answering our questions about an abrupt increase in the room price and even refusing to call the manager. I don t recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a very bad experience. I wish i could give this hotel zero stars.

PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU GOT KIDS!!! I have 2 kids. There is no kids entertainment or activities for kids even though it says it has things for kids. The so called kids clubhouse is turned into a laundry room. I have attached photos. There is no entertainment for kids at all. When asking the staff, they say this is a relaxing hotel. The staff were polite and nice. I can’t complain about that. I am so disappointed I booked this hotel as I have been mis-sold this hotel. I had to go out to keep my 4 year old entertained. Definitely won’t be going back to this hotel

Very nice hotel for a decent price, The staff's service was top-notch, consistently going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt and attentive room service, every interaction left me feeling valued and well-cared for. I do not recommend this hotel. Very dirty rooms throughout the entire stay. I arrived on the first day, the floor was dirty and there was hair everywhere, yellow spots. The floor was sticky in places. There is fungus and dampness everywhere in the shower room. The following days nothing changed, the maid changed only towels and made the bed. She didn't even touch the floor after I asked her. The reception staff is not well-mannered.

I was living in the hotel between june and september 2023. Staff very friendly and manered, big rooms with air conditioning and very clean. The all inclusive system is fabulos, very good food, many choices and fresh. Very big and clean pool, lounge area and the best baclava. For 3 months beeing my home here I can say : BRAVO 🙏

We were this hotel last year but until now i have stomach problems because foods was awful. Just first day they cooked fresh foods after that for one week they warmed all of them everyday. We poised all the 5 days. They didn’t clean room because i put my hair in the floor of the bath and at the evening i saw them there too. Towel had hygiene problem too because after trip i had skin problem.
