The room very clean and beautiful food but the service not enough

The animation team are the perfect staff here the hotel without them is nothing the food is noraml and i am willing to come back inchala

DONT BOOK THIS PLACE EVEN FOR FREE!!!! HOTEL STUFF BIG TIME RACISM .IN AIRPORT SAME,HOTRL US DISCUSTING,NO WF AT ALL,NO FOOD FOR KIDS,ROOMS TOTALLY DIFFERENT WHAT ON WEBSITE!!!!! Do not go there ,all stufff are rasict,all inclusive means you still have to pay for sun loungers in hotel premises which is ment to be free but stuff asking 4 dinars,black mat for sun loungers 5 dinars and hotel know nothing about it??? Lies!!! Rooms are dirty with loads of lizards and aunts , no towels or if there one they all dirty and riped,hair all over the place in the room ,all curtains are riped,no toilet paper ,no hair dryer ,no tv ,all AC are broken because they are old !!!!! Stuff in hotel extremely ROOD AND RACISM ASKING WHY NOT SPEAK arab,why do I need to speak arab,women goes to pool in clothes which is dirty and not hygienic,when u accept tourist from Europe make sure you clean to Europe standard,not surprised it’s one if purest country in africa,they way they welcome tourists they won’t last long and I no need from customer relations send email like copy and paste to everyone same At list my comment will help people not to spend money into hole like that!!! Just look at pictures I’ve added from hotel and compare it to website when you do booking a room on booking com,live holidays ,Thomas cook They representative newer stayed in hotels room and having no clue what selling to people! Please everyone be aware and look on real photos from hotel rooms ,there are list 20 people who commented and complained It’s nice to locals to stayed there and this type of service if the room nice to them but for Europe or any others tourist it’s not normal at all to sleep with lizards!!! Loads of jellyfish in the sea,stuff lies about everything in hotel !!! Please everyone do not book this hotel ,your get scammed ,There men who sell different activities called Banana men scammed you for money taking you on boat trip (boat has holes and you’ll get blamed for that )taking you in camels ride ,for 40€ for 1 person per hour and to different people who just arrived 20€ for hour for 2 people!!! Do not book this place for any cost!!!
