"I arrived past 2pm. I finished checking in at around 2:20 PM, i asked if can alreadtly have the room since im feeling so hot already, no Airconditioned in the lobby, they told me check in time is 3pm so okay i waited. A couple arrived around 225 pm, they finished checking in around 240pm, but they immediately assisted them to their room, it was just so unfair that they allowed them and they let me wait. So i went to front desk asked why they allowed the couple to immediately accomodated to their room the front desk officer just gave me the keycard and no explanation as to why they allowed the couple. When i arrived to my room i immediatelt called them and asked why, they told its because i only booked deluxe and that tjey are preparing the room, but upon the room there is no sign of recent cleaning. So dis appoimting and i felt discrimanated. Also there insect crawling amd theres even cockroach.and there is even a stain in the duvet."

"Honestly, we absolutely loved it! We were on the island for 6 days, 3 days at another hotel and 3 days here. If we had known how much we'd enjoy it, we would have come straight here. Everything around is clean, freshly painted, and the grounds are lush – it’s just a really pleasant sight. We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony and were very happy with it. The villa itself is authentic; you feel like you're walking through a museum, admiring everything. The staff (girls) were friendly. On our first day, it felt like we were the only ones there. Later, more guests arrived, but we only really saw them at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, you can definitely fill up, and the setting is so grand, you feel like royalty! There’s a clean pool with sun loungers, and we even took a dip a couple of times. If we ever go back to Boracay, we would 100% return here."

We needed two "thinner" pillows as the initial ones were really big to sleep on and they brought them pretty soon. Warm water and fridge available. The AC is working properly. The only negative is the bed, which is not a proper bed and it's not the best when you stay for a few nights. :/ Not enough natural light as well which is not a big deal."

"5 dari 7 kali di Boracay kami tinggal di sini. Lokasi bagus tapi tidak senyaman bagian ujung Stasiun 1 & 3. "Komisaris" begitu sebutannya menjadi sangat mengganggu di kawasan ini. Mereka terus menjual tur dan aktivitas mereka di sekitar area ini. Satu lagi pastikan membawa charger yang berkepala datar, jika membawa kepala lingkaran mungkin akan kesulitan mencolokkannya ke stopkontak karena beberapa kamar masih menggunakan yang datar (double minus), tidak bisa menangani banyak jenis. Pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa secara keseluruhan."

"I Actually have a video of the Aircon in our room 217 we booked and stay for 6 days and 5 nights in Eurotel August 1-6, 2026. At first night we still observe and wait need to be patient since its our first night the aircon itself isn’t work its like a personal fan no cold and very noisy like a machine in the factory we noticed every day that we wokeup with sweats because of its hot inside. We already reported it many times but there is no improvement and doesn’t change the status of it. We used to be outside stay in the seashore till dawn because it is better and good than staying in the hotel we have no other choice because we have paid already the room and we didn’t also transfer to other vacant or available room that has a good Air conditioned. It was a bad experience for our first time visited Boracay. We don’t feel the comfortable bed and stay for us to rest and sleep. 😭😭😭😢😢😢"

"TERRIBLE WIFI and AC — barely hitting 10 Mbps most of the time, so I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re working remotely. The aircon was also leaking during our stay. We called maintenance, they checked it, but unfortunately it still kept leaking after. STAFF - very great and respectful . ROOM - The room feels a bit dated and they don’t have blackout curtains, which can be annoying in the morning. There’s also ongoing construction nearby, so expect to hear drilling and hammering during the day. On the bright side, the bathtub was great and the bathroom was really spacious. FOOD - They offer buffet breakfast, but it was just okay. GYM - Probably one of the better parts of the stay. It’s not super fancy, but it had almost everything I needed for a good workout. LOCATION - Very convenient. It’s in Station 2 and easily walkable to both Station 1 and Station 3. POOL AND MASSAGE - Both are great"
