酒店新開業，設施很新很全，一次性用品很有質感，床品乾淨整潔也很舒服，早餐豐富，服務人員也都彬彬有禮，讓人感覺如沐春風！但必須要提的是一個酒店前台服務生的重要性，剛到酒店因為停車出了點小意外，找到前台服務生，解決問題的能力甚至讓人懷疑這個酒店是不是黑店，問當班經理他一會兒説電話不通，一會兒説經理休息，讓他解決問題他説他解決不了，還説酒店試營業還沒有保安，人員不夠等等，推三阻四，氣的差點退房，好在前台經理小袁及時趕到，服務意識溝通能力都沒話説。問題迎刃而解，誠意滿滿，贈了水果，還幫着購買了損壞的東西，虛心聽取建議，讓我們對酒店的印象發生了很大的改變，儘管出現了小的不愉快，但總體還是很滿意的！
