I've booked this hotel 1 day before our stay. After I did the booking the hotel messaged me on *********** stating to do my check in at hotel Rupertihof. When we arrived to this hotel the receptionist gave me the key for a room in Rupertihof hotel stating that since there is a wedding near by hotel Gasthaus & has been going all day & have till night & we could not sleep with the music we are booking you here. I specifically asked if we have the same view I requested with Gasthaus & he said yes. Went to the room & big disappointment is no view & the balcony was amalgamated with another room near us so people could enter from our balcony. Also from the room you can here everyone speaking to each other. I went to the reception complaining that this is not what I expected & the gentleman informed me that that is what he can provide. I've replied to the message from bookin.com that day that I was disappointed & was not what I expected however from 2nd September till today no one cared to contact me back . I usually do not do bad reviews, but since no one did not bother to at least inform, us before what was going on or maybe upgrade our room to a good one or even maybe have a discount this is what I had to do.

Questo edificio è praticamente abbandonato e non offre nessun servizio. Viene soltanto usato per affittare camere. Puzza di chiuso. In camera abbiamo trovato le fodere e il copripiumone completamente stropicciati, la TV su un tavolino posto sopra una sedia, le tende semistaccate. Scandaloso!! La colazione in un altro albergo che dista 3 km dalla Gasthaus. 120 euro buttati.
