We stayed for 4 nights to visit friends who were at their vacation home near by. Pros: Location on the sea. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The bungalows were more quiet than the main building. Cons: The rooms are less than basic and furniture very worn. The biggest disappointment was that the kayaks and paddle boards could only be used (or rented) by guests who booked through the French tour operator that has an office there. We booked directly with the hotel and the website notes a "Water Sport Center" and "Being a “near-the-sea” complex it is only natural to accommodate almost all water sports activities" plus". We didn't have a car rental because our plan was to kayak or paddle board to our friends house down the sea wall. This was never explained to us in the pre-arrival communication we had with the hotel. The nice photo of the paddle boarders on the website is bad advertising at least. Not everyone speaks English (most of the staff and guests are French). The breakfast/dining area was extremely hot and I don't think air conditioned since the doors were left open. The outside temperature was pushing 100F. The AC in the rooms turn off during the day without the key card. The first day we return to our room which was hotter than it was outside. It is a stretch to say that the gardens are "well attended" or that it is a "quiet environment."

After reading the reviews, we expected something similar to the photos and descriptions, but unfortunately nothing even close... The hotel staff are very unfriendly, we didn't hear a single greeting during our entire stay, they seem to hate people with all-inclusive wristbands, the waitresses don't even approach them. By the way the staff in this hotel doesnt speak in english- even the simpliest things. The rooms are very messy, dust and someone's hair everywhere. There was often no water in the shower, or it was cold or very hot. If you want to break your back, try sleeping in their beds - I guarantee that your back will hurt for the rest of your vacation :) Food in the hotel was 50/50. Every morning the same breakfast, dinner - a couple of times it was not bad, but other days it was misunderstanding. Last thing, there is nothing to do in this hotel- it seems like old people resort.

I stayed here last week for a few days to attend a wedding. The resort and overall location is nice but it’s about 2 hours from Athens airport and there are also no amenities within walking distance but you can get a taxi to the nearby village for a few euros. The staff are all friendly and hardworking but- the big let down was the food in the restaurant. It was all just bland and very plain which is a shame. The pool bar does offer a selection of other foods to purchase which although a bit pricy, is worth it.

We have visited lots of hotels around Europe. This one was worst of all. It is not 4 stars hotel, 2-3 maximum. Rooms are outdated, bathrooms dirty, broken toilets and tiles. You can't have normal shower, water is not running normally, temperature is changing, water goes everywhere on the ground. Beds are terribly uncomfortable, I had pain the whole week. This hotel offers all inclusive, but it's totally not. You can call it full board at max. You can't even get water after 10pm, and during the day, water is only from machine, if you want bottled water - pay. If you want to eat between meals - pay. Snacks are just a joke - dry hard mini sandwiches and some other dry bread. Ice coffee? - pay. Pool was dirty and not safe - broken stairs, tiles. Staff is rude, unfriendly, no one talks in english. Receptionist was on the phone everytime we needed some help, laughing and talking very long time, ignoring us. If you are not french - you are not important, not interesting, just a ghost. No activities during the day and evening. Boring place. Overall we were shocked. I do not recommend this, our vacation were bad and at the very first time we wanted to go home. And I really don't understand people who say it is perfect hotel. These reviews mislead us and we regreted from the first moment about our choise.

Accommodation was really really good! We stayed for 6 days. We were in the all-inclusive programme. Our room was really clean. The mattress could be a bit softer. Our room was partially renovated and there weren't enough wardrobes for my husband, me and our baby daughter. As for the food, it was tasty. It had a great variety of stuff. Also the chef made extra food without any salt for our daughter and we weren't charged extra for this. The staff were very polite! I would recommend it for sure!

Bad service housekeepings come to the room but they don't cleaned the floors,don't put it all towels for 4 person and coffee sugar asked to put it on the room but waitting 2 days to get that also said to the reception,bathroom it's to small and not suitable to make a shower with the kids.In the hotel area don't have what to do actually its borring there.About the lunch boxes hotel staffs canno't put it if you have to going somewhere but still you have to pay for that and not refundable money...Im not happy with this hotel really...

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I am usually afraid of resorts that work with big tour operators but this hotel did not compromise on service, quality and friendliness. The room was spacious, lovely view to the sea. Pool is amazing and quite large. Dinner buffet and breakfast had good variety and food was tasty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.

We arrived on a Thursday not really expecting very much. We were very shocked. The rooms were normal but the restraunt food was somthing else. I travel all year round for work and it's very rare to find hotel food with this quality it was amazing. The staff were all so professional.we are definitely going back for another visit. Food was the quality you get in hotels in Dubai

Pas mal mais beaucoup trop éloigné du centre ville. LE + —＞ - Diversité des repas - La sympathie des animateurs - Propreté chambres - PATRAS le centre ville le plus proche - Balade en bateau (non inclus) - La mer à 2 pas de la piscine, une vue magnifique Les points NÉGATIFS : - Hotel plutôt 2 étoiles car manque de chic et assez monotone. - Pas de spécialité grecque dans les menus - Boissons à volonté dans un distributeur (goût chimique et trop sucré.) bon il faut bien que ça soit rentable donc pas de jus pressé au petit dej - Peine à avoir de l’eau chaude - Piscine moyennement propre, hygiène à revoir - au bout de 2 jours on fait vite le tour, les animations peu existantes surtout pour les enfants. Aires de jeux semblables à des niches pour chiens. - Centre ville très éloigné - Il faut payer 30€ pour aller au centre ville Patras avec le bus de l’hôtel. Sinon le bus de la ville 4eu qui passe toutes les heures et qui se trouve à 15 mins à pieds de l’hôtel (1 heure de trajet en bus) - Excursions chères /95€ et a 2h de l’hôtel - Chambres exiguë et deco assez vieillot - Les serveurs peu aimables et froids. - En période de vacances l’hôtel est saturé ça ressemble à une ambiance camping. Dommage !!!!
