not up to the price, fancy from outside , room size is good, but not up to the standard.

This review is for the *** at the reception of the hotel stay at the property. He was very impolite to customers, he talks back and argumentative, he does not understand what is customer service. He made our stay a nightmare. He is not answering the reception desk phone if we call him at night for any emergency services. He is missing from the desk at night. I would not recommend this hotel for staying as long as the owner does not show him the door or at least makes him a watchman.

The property is centrally located but in a way it is disadvantageous as the noise of the traffic disturbs the peace. Food is not good. The staff is courteous and helpful but the owner was incooperative.

Dirty toilet. Geyser not working properly. Dirty smelly sheets. Ac not working. Staff ill-informed and not very cooperative. Door lock was broken and so door had to remain open.

Bathrooms have become older. They need to be clean properly as hard water has created rust on the taps. Floors need to be clean as hard water created stains on it. Room was ok.
