I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had at Regenta Central Antarim Hotel. I booked a stay at their 4-star property one week in advance, with high expectations for a comfortable and relaxing visit. However, on the very day of my arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been suddenly cancelled, with no prior notice or reasonable explanation. To make matters worse, the hotel did not offer any compensation or viable alternatives, instead relocating me to a distant, downgraded 3-star property far below the standard I had initially booked. This new accommodation was not only inconvenient, but it was also significantly lower in quality, with fewer amenities and a less comfortable atmosphere. I found this treatment absolutely unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to honor the original booking severely impacted my trip and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would expect a higher level of professionalism from a 4-star establishment, and I am incredibly dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. I would recommend everyone not to book this hotel online and although they have an option of pay the property but followng their greed process they just take the money first come first serve basis and then would let you down. thats exactly my case. Do not trust their website as their complete modusoperandi is money centric. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their booking policies and customer service to prevent similar incidents from happening to future guests. And also would like to advise the management that the staff on the whatsapp was so cool about this incident as when i told him i shall posting a negative review, his answer on the text was 'NOTED' what a shame.
