The behavior of the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I checked in, the staff showed little interest in addressing basic customer needs. Initially, I was given a room with a faulty lock, and only after repeated complaints was it changed. However, the new room didn’t have a key, making me feel unsafe.
To make matters worse, there was no water supply in the toilet, and despite informing the staff multiple times, no action was taken. Their lack of urgency and empathy was very disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to help, as if guest comfort was not their responsibility.
Overall, the service was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic hospitality and respect.
