Unable to checkin due to train delayed and medical problem. I have called for cancellation but mmt care talked with hotel manager. And hotel manager denied to refund. Very bad experience. Never recommend to anyone

This place is very near to the airport. The hotel premises was very clean. The staff was very cooperative and polite. We had our flight at 5. 30am. The staff woke us at 2. 30am and even made arrangement for our airport drop at a very reasonable price. Overall a very cost effective option for people travel-ling via airport at odd hours.

To find room itself take too much time Rooms were not 🪳 pest control every where you find cockroach and bed sheet was torened out. only thing is very near to airport and they have cab facility pickup and drop.

The only reason i picked this hotel is it's proximity to the airport. It's walking distance, about 1km from the airport and since i had early morning flight it was convenient. It's an old place, needing lots of renovation but the bed and toilet was clean and available service staff were friendly. Food has to be ordered from outside as there is no restaurant on site. Room rent was very cheap but you get what you pay for. After reaching there i realised there are other newer options in the same areas, but more costly.

Worst experience ever, room were clean but ac was not working, order food over the call and at the time of check-out charged double amount for the food, staffs were not helpful, pols don't this hotel anyone
