Le Meridien Ahmedabad

I had couple of bad experiences during my stay. I travelled solo for a business trip. Only good and pleasant experience I had was with the restaurant staff. Very helpful, smiling, welcoming and courteous. The 2 stars I am giving is for them. Bad instances: 1. I walk with help of crutches. So, after booking I had called the hotel and made a special request to alot me a room near the elevator, which they confirmed. On check-in day I checked with the staff assigning the room for the same and i was assured that the room is near elevator. I went to 5th floor where my room was assigned and to my surprise it was the last room on the farthest side. I had to all the way go back to the reception and check for this. They accepted their mistake and I had to wait another 15-20 mins for the right room. All this after a long flight from my home city to Ahmedabad. 2. There was no shower gel in the shower area. Instead there was a moisturiser in place of it. Basically there were 2 moisturiser bottles; shower area and basin area. Good I read the label before using it. Not acceptable from a 5star property. 3. There was a complimentary voucher available in the room which could be redeemed in their in-house cafe. On last day of my stay, after dinner I ordered for a hot chocolate. At that time I was informed that I am also eligible for a complimentary high-tea (this was also not informed to me during checkin). The hot chocolate didnt come for almost 40-45 mins so I called them back and they were clueless. I asked to cancel it as I had to sleep. But it came after another 15 mins and I had slept by then. I had to open the door and deny it. Also my sleep was disturbed.

We booked a events in le Meridien hotel , from SBI , very good staff met with Devendra in restaurant we have 20 people bookung there , good was awesome, specially thanks to restuarant team , Laxman ganesh veronica tebohi merry Kushal and other all Overall good experience

I visited the java + cafe inside the hotel and the service is one of the best in the city. I was served by one of the nicest and smiling people in their staff here, Yashpal Singh and he made the experience worth while. I will definitely be visiting again.

I recently stayed at the hotel for our company seminar and would like to share my appreciation for Tanmay and Arun. They did an excellent job managing the event, providing outstanding service, and handling the large crowd with great efficiency and professionalism.

Had a very wonderful stay at ke Meridien Ahmedabad, people in restaurant are so good so good environment,had a good dining experience at all , in restaurant Laxman ,merry,ansh kushal so very polite and always greatful for us , their service are so decent and extraordinary, Mr.devendra restaurant manager one of the fantastic guy even Mr.vishal . Good food good vibe always Good servicees

Food was superb, restuarant has very vibe along with love music meet with Mr.devendra his team was so smart and strong, few name we always remember Laxman,Aman tebohi veronica and other all thanks so much for making good experience
