It’s very noisy . There was a party on the rooftop next to our room with loudspeakers and music that went on until 3 am. Even with earplugs it was too loud to sleep. No light in bathroom, no hot water, the electronic key malfunctioned at least 5 times so we had to keep going down to the desk. There was a coffeemaker but no coffee or water. The door was off the cupboard, rugs were dirty and the ac leaked water all over the floor. The employee gave us the wrong address for the parking and didn’t seem to know much. We ordered breakfast and the night before they told us they were too busy. The only good things were that it is close to centro and it is pet friendly.

Llegamos al hotel y nos pareció precioso al inicio, pero en nuestra habitación el baño estaba sucio. La tina con pelos y el lavabo también. Me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación. Pedí que me la mostraran antes y el baño estaba igual de sucio. No entiendo como pueden entregar una habitación en estas condiciones. Tampoco me ofrecieron limpiarla. Así que solicite mi reembolso que se me reflejó en la tarjeta después de 4 días. Pésimo!!

El hotel es una casona restaurada, lo habitación que nos asignaron tenía luminarias fundidas, no tenía agua caliente, lo que hizo un poco incómoda nuestra estancia, no hay servicio del roof top que anuncian en sus publicaciones, por lo que había que salir del hotel para buscar algo que comer o tomar, no cuentan con estacionamiento, sin embargo, tienen un listado de estacionamientos públicos disponibles (bastante caros por cierto 25MXP la hora), nosotros decidimos dejar nuestro auto en uno de estos esperando salir al día siguiente temprano, sin embargo, al día siguiente el estacionamiento abrí hasta pasadas las 11:00hrs lo que dificultó nuestra salida y cambió nuestros planes sí que el personal del hotel pudiera o quisiera hacer algo, el personal es como decirlo, amable en su trato pero con poca disposición a ayudar, no son groseros pero tampoco serviciales, el hotel se encuentra frente a un jardín muy bonito para caminar y disfrutarlo por el día o por la noche, fuera de eso no hay nada más que hacer, en general nuestra experiencia fue regular teniendo que buscar en auto un lugar agradable donde comer algo sencillo.

Instalaciones con un toque colonial y artistico muy original, Habitacion perfecta, todo funcional y Limpio, solicitamos secadora de cabello y plancha, el desayuno aunque no muy variado si muy rico superando nuestras expectativas y mas por el lugar, me sento como en un castillo de lujo. La atencion incomparable nos hicieron sentir como en casa. por cercania a Feria el tema de transporte ya no es tan accesible pero igualmente a un par de cuadras se logro acceso a Taxi.

Se fue el agua al momento de bañarme, lo reporte y estuve esperando un rato revisaron la bomba de agua y no tenian hasta que solicitaron una pipa de agua y ya se soluciono el problema pero deben estar al pendiente de estos detalles
