Ulasan Holiday Inn Agra MG Road

Every thing was perfect, venue, services, amenities and very helpful staff. Enjoyed staying and hosting a family function.

The staff went out of the way to help us on numerous occasions. The female breakfast chef, Babita, even made us some gluten free bread to take as snacks during our Agra visits.  We also enjoyed the gym and pool and the neighboring cafes (all within a 10 minute-walk)!

Wanted TO EXTEND BOOKING, as by mistake i type wrong dates…but these guys dint help to change the dates…neither a call to ask when would u arrive or something…

Hotel building is old and need to be refurbished or renovated, toilet is kinda dirty.

Good hotel. Small pool. Lower 5 star hotel . Clean safe and easy .

I would say facilities and service were average altogether.

Worst Policy and Stupid duty Manager... I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr . I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ... The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty Manager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy.. **** hotel with illiterate Staff ....

Should have proper trained staff Special for clients with kids No first aid or even medicines available Leakage in washroom but no response

Hizmet iyiydi, personel güler yüzlü, otel temiz ve odaları yeterli

El personal en general muy bien, amables, serviciales y educados. Llegamos antes de lo previsto y nos dieron enseguida dos habitaciones sin tener que esperar a la hora del check in. El desayuno y la cena muy bien, bufé, con variedad y al puro estilo local. Las habitaciones ya tienen sus años y eso se nota, pero el servicio con dos ayudas que precisamos, nos ayudaron de inmediato.

Sehr netter Empfang und flexible Check-in / Check-out Zeiten. Im Bezug auf Sauberkeit ist nichts nennenswertes zu erwähnen. Alles Top.

入住時前台工作人員的接待也很禮貌，其他的工作人員也很徹底地打招呼，可以舒適地住宿。早餐、味道、種類都很好。
