Santa Marina Unique Hotel

I had bad experience. I paid a lot for room in this hotel, and expected that price will meet my expectations, but it was quite the opposite . The room was poorly cleaned and my view was horrible.. literally it was claustrophobic. Stuff in the lobby said that this period is peak of the season and that I should spend more time outside!!! Never again

The cell I was living was terrible!!! The toilet 🚽 was broken and the room didn't deserve the money I gave!!! The owner must find a way to search for other people to work in the RESTAURANT!!! I suggest to visit it ONCE because the only good thing is that is in the heart of Agios!!!

Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. My friend and I stayed for a week, and enjoyed our stay. The only thing we missed was better choices of non-diary/gluten-free breakfast breakfast and better coffee. My friend is allergic and I need good coffee to awaken my soul in the morning. Or else great stay!

My stay at santa marina unique hotel was indeed as the name says unique. With great local cuisine, fresh products everyday and a lovely service it is definitely one of the best hotels in the area. The buffet has a broad variety of meals for everyone (including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free) and will not disappoint. There were homemade baked goods everyday which were delicious. Would for sure visit again!!!

Bien situé non loin de la marina et du centre ville, cet hotel semble survivre. Les chambres sont propres et le couchage est confortable. Dans la salle de bain, une minuscule baignoire fait également office de douche. L'usage de la douche innonde inévitablement les abords de la baignoire. Manifestement le plombier a des actions dans une usine de silicone au vu de la quantité utilisée dans ce petit local. Pour sécuriser vos valeurs dans la chambre, il vous faut vous acquitter d'un surcoût de 3€50 par jour et demander une (énorme) clef à la reception. Pratique bizarre pour un hotel quatre étoiles de nos jours. Le personnel ne semble pas au courant des usages du restaurant, nous avions les boissons comprises (1/4 vin et 1/2 d'eau par personne), pas de souci pour l'eau, mais il a fallu reclamer pour obtenir le 1/4 de vin promis. Côté cuisine, on a plus à faire à une cantine qu'un restaurant. Le plats sont peu variés et peu abondant face aux groupes qui logent à l'hotel. Nous avons eu au déjeuner des oeufs au plat trop cuit (jaune dur) et caoutchouteux. Les viennoiseries sont industrielles et peu raffinées. La petite piscine n'est accessible que de 10h00 à 17h00, quasi impossible d'en profiter si l'on visite un peu. Bref, quelques amélioration aux services pourraient redorer les quatres étoiles de cet hotel.
