Beautiful and unique hotel. Quiet atmosphere with the feeling of mindfulness. Lovely and attentive staff with a special touch. Very good service in every way. Good location with a short walk to the town which has nice restaurants. Our dream vacation.

We’ve just got back from a family holiday here. I took my parents, my wife and our 8 month old son and the hotel is simply amazing. The grounds are superb and so picturesque! To walk around, it’s one of the best I’ve seen. We had a few issues with our rooms at check but Maria sorted this within minutes and did it all with a smile and made us feel at home straight away. We would absolutely come back to stay. It’s perfect for families or for couples. Only a 15 min walk into town and the restaurants are exceptional! We had a lovely time and so did our son. The staff went out their way to make sure we were all catered for and always tried to make our son smile and laugh when they saw him!

A return visit for us after a long break of many years. It’s a beautiful complex of bungalows and beautiful grounds. So many things were very good still. Service was a little poor at times with messages not getting through or managed as efficiently as they could but staff were always apologetic and ready to correct things. The main building was stunning and food choices of high quality and vast quantities but be warned if you have food allergies it’s best to ask for a la carte and avoid the disappointment of not having much choice. Overall despite a set back over food with gluten one day we would return and hope staff will be more aware of multiple allergy requirements by then. Well worth a visit.

It was so amazing! Elvira and Ioanna were magnificent. They listened to us and took such good care. I felt like I was floating on for after.

Horrible. - [ ] No one to carry bags from transfer to lobby - [ ] Maids do not respect do not disturb door hanger and digital button, constantly turned off ac. - [ ] Room does not cool enough. Very hot at night. - [ ] Hot water heater broke, could not be repaired. - [ ] Room has several issues like missing weatherstripping at the doors, sloppy paint work. Recessed lights loose and hanging from the ceiling. - [ ] Both tv remotes work both tv's and it's impossible to watch just one without the other turning on - [ ] Task lighting at vanity is terrible, no option for makeup light. Horrible lighting in general. - [ ] Coffee bar but no sugar or spoons or creamer - [ ] No iron or ironing board. When requested we got a broken iron and a broken, torn ironing board. - [ ] Wall ac unit turns off when we aren't in the room and then beeps all through the night. - [ ] Terrible pillows. - [ ] Water flows out from shower and floods the bathroom floor - [ ] High-priced alcoholic drinks with very little alcohol - [ ] Guest leave trash all over the beach chairs and no one cleans them even overnight - [ ] Guests leave their things to reserve beach chairs leaving none available, no guests in sight. - [ ] Overall terribly slow service at all restaurants. - [ ] Zero spa treatment times available at any point of our stay, even days out. We were then approached and offered spa treatments but only had a single 20 minute window available at best on our last day and they had to call to see if they could fit us in. - [ ] Dinner buffet closes at 9:30 but food was removed as early as 9:15, was overpriced. - [ ] Insufficient staff for number of guests during peak season. - [ ] Toilet paper is made from horribly recycled paper and is incredibly thin. - [ ] Spider webs in the room - [ ] The AC smelled like cat urine for an entire afternoon. Scuba crew is excellent.
