Karma Minoan

Wonderful Resort with a Great View to the Aegean Sea, comfortable facilities and very friendly and warm personnel.Especially George and Anna as servers and Anna and Georgia in the office and Stelios and Sotiris!The quality of the level of the rest of the guest of the resort is also very high!

Our stay was amazing, very nice place with amazing views. Stelios, George and the rest of the team took great care of us. Was our first time at this Karma Hotel and it worth the visit with great beaches around but do need a car to get around. We will be back again as we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely lovely Greek hotel with a wonderful breakfast and great meals supplied by an incredible cook. Reasonably priced meals and happy hour did us well in the evenings.. The staff here are just wonderful and from the cleaners (who do an amazing job) to the bar and reception staff - they truly are a wonderful asset to Karma. Anna and Georgia in reception and Anna (in the restaurant) and George who does the dinner service - are all very personable with great sense of humours and very helpful at anything you need. Love that it’s so close to Agios Nikolaus also! €12 in a taxi.

Great place to relax. Nice big pool with lots of room to spread out and soak up the sun. The rooms are very clean and air conditioning kept them cool 24/7. Optional activities to keep you entertained and the breakfasts were great. Enough options for everyone. Can’t give it 5 stars because there was not enough car parks. Had to park the car down the street. Also had to walk 5 flights of stairs to get to apartment. Neither of these were a big deal and I suspect common in Crete. The staff were exceptional. Very supportive and went out of their way to help as much as they could. Especially Anna, George and the Food and Beverage manager whose name escapes me right now. A great team.

We spent 2 fantastic weeks here and just loved the chilled vibe. The views are amazing, rooms very comfortable. The staff are just so super friendly and entertaining. Special mention to all the F& B staff Sotiris Stelios George Anna They go above and beyond.

Well presented place, nestled out of agios Nikolaos, the grounds up to reception are lovely , well maintained all over resort. In reception there are very knowledgeable staff , Anna and Georgia were are main two who we dealt with. They could tell you all you needed to know and do on the island , very helpful. We did not hire a car, the bus service , 5 min walk away was great . Hubby hire a quad for 2 days , so we went on adventures around the other side of the island . We also took some of the trips , spinalonga, safari to water fall, which took in olive oil factory, kritsa, and the oldest living olive tree about 3,000 yrs etc. The staff are all lovely , kind and courteous, the house keeping manager Anthi , and her team , could not do enough to make your room feel welcoming every day . The room consisted of sitting area , bedroom area with coffee machine and fridge , also mini bar, shower room and toilet. The food was delicious something for everyone , am gluten and lactose intolerant, and still lots to choose from. We had welcome night, acoustic afternoon, traditional Greek night that was fantastic, great fun was had by all. Cocktail evening. Thanks to the wonderful, humorous bar staff, stelios, sotiris , George and Georgia, they have kept us entertained for the last 2weeks . Lastly marina who has let us stay in our room as it was not needed and we have a late flight , there was a plan B if needed . Thank you all for a wonderful time and will definitely be back .

I loved the proximity to a few perfect beaches but also being out of the bigger cities. For exploring the island renting a car is useful, but not needed daily. Grin Car rental works directly with the resort and is a bit pricy but very convenient as they bring the car to you at Karma Minoan. The rooms are brightly whitewashed with simple but elegant furnishings mostly with Agean blue decor. Comfortable mattresses. A refreshing pool. Wonderful buffet breakfasts which are served until 11 am allowing for really only needing one other meal per day. The front desk was very helpful suggesting but not pushing tours. We found all of their recommendations to be worthwhile including an all day trip to Santorini and a guided tour of various archeological highlights , the Heraklion Museum and an olive oil factory

Hotel with a relaxed ambience and in a great location with far reaching views of the sea, other islands, coastline and mountains from our room. Good size room with separate lounge area and bedroom leading onto a balcony with sunbeds and table and chairs. Bathroom and shower a bit cramped but clean and functional. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff, good selection of delicious food and drinks. Would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. Great seaview from our room Balcony. Enjoyed the breakfast ,Dinner and Happy hour. Site pool was clean and inviting. Lovely beach in the locality and great time spent at Agnos Nicolas.
