From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen the right place for our holiday. Our room was large and the beds were comfortable. All inclusive buffet at each sitting was varied and tasty. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool with no need to reserve a bed at Sunrise. Finally but definitely not last the staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and chatty with a big shout out to Christina who made our holiday even more special.

A nice place to relax. A more family oriented hotel with good food, good service. In fact, the reception and hotel workers were very pleasant and willing to see to our needs with a smile. Our room had some non working features such as a broken range destroyed fan in the bathroom yet the room was OK for our needs. I would gladly return in the future and would highly recommend this hotel for both young families and seniors.

Stayed here for one week the first week in October. We had a ground floor studio which was spacious enough for the two of us. Missing a set of drawers though so we struggled for space to put our clothes in but we managed. Bathroom looked a little dated however soon changed my mind when we used the shower, it was great and had no issues with hot water. Dressing table with plug sockets which was a bonus. Cleaners were really good, in everyday apart from Sundays. Staff really friendly especially George who was always smiling. Reception booked an excursion for us again really friendly and helpful. Good location, shop and supermarket within minutes, beach just down the road. Food was really good and different every night, it wasn't hot but there was a microwave if you wanted to heat it up. For a 3 star it was the best I've stayed in.

Our family has visited the hotel twice and we are already planning our third stay. We are extremely happy with the facility and, most importantly, the hospitality of the staff. Everyone is accommodating and they really make you feel personally special. The food is diverse enough and very tasty, with typical Greek meals, as well as enough foreign food. They also organize different themed nights for dinner, thus keeping the diversity non stop. Check in and check out are also very flexible which takes away all the worry about incoming and outgoing flights. Overall, it is a very enjoyable experience and we don't feel any need to search for new places to visit.

Recently returned from a second visit to this hotel and would definitely return for a third visit. The hotel is in a lovely location only a 5 min walk to the main strip and 10 mins from the beach. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean as is the pool area. Food is lovely, fresh, traditional Greek as well as themed nights, Mexican, Italian etc. Some of the best all inclusive food I've had and better than some 4* hotels we've stayed at! Good variety of drinks available including a good selection of cocktails. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Amazing stay at this hotel. We were lucky to have seaview room 503. Huge balcony with sunbeds very secluded. Staff all fantastic...so friendly and really go out of their way to make your holiday. Always something on the buffet for everyone. All inclusive drinks ok...but bar staff again so helpful. Rooms cleaned daily...with fresh towels. Well positioned for all restaurants in platanias. Definitely recommend astrea restaurant which hotel will book for you. Will definitely be back.

We visited as a couple and very much enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and work very hard to ensure the best possible time for everyone. There was a good choice of food and drink and always plenty of sunbeds. Cleanliness is of a high standard and whilst during our stay there was a grass fire nearby which meant ash covered much of the area and in the pool, by the next morning the team (we think including the managers) had cleaned and cleared everywhere to allow guests to swim and enjoy the facilities again. The reception staff were also very helpful and helped us book a day trip to the Samaria Gorge and also told us where to get the public bus to Chania (a short walk to the bottom of the hill and bus stop to the right hand side). The beaches were also lovely and clean, we turned right at the bottom of the hill, walked about 5 mins along and found a bar where it cost 7 Euros to hire sunbeds/brolly for the day and the beach was sandy to enter the sea at this point (near the life guard stand). The main road was about a 10 minute walk away with a good mixture of shops, bars and restaurants - slightly steep walk back up to the hotel but meant we were away from te busy areas and it was lovely and quiet. Thank you to all the team for a lovely staff and very happy to recommend your hotel.

First time in Greece, and wasn't let down, this lovely little hotel made our week! Lovely staff from reception, bar, kitchen and maids, felt like we could leave our belongings anywhere and was very safe. Very clean room, cleaned everyday to our surprise, topped up loo roll clean towels made the beds. We had a superior studio right next to the pool. Food was lovely, didn't have a bad meal. Short 10 mins walk to shops bars and beach Would definitely stay again 😁

Lovely family hotel . Good for kids . Very friendly and clean . Any problems were delt with and resolved. All staff were helpful,friendly couldn’t knock them. Food was good . August was busy with young families so if your looking for a quiet place in August this wouldn’t be the place to be in probably out of school term would be more adults and a bit quieter .
