Poor Customer Service We really wanted to like this hotel. The location is very good and the pool and garden area is lovely but the customer service left a lot to be desired. We were given a new room which would have been lovely if it was finished. We were told we were the first guests in the room which you could tell as the room had not had a final clean after construction and was not completely ready. The floors still had paint and glue spots, tiles in the bathroom dusty, stickers and writing still on windows, TV not connect connected to antennas and, worst of all, no blinds or curtains on the windows. When we questioned this the staff seemed to just blame everyone else without trying the fix the problems. When we insisted on at least some sort of window covering so we could sleep they tried to put on sheets on the windows which didn’t work. They then sticky-taped paper to the windows which kept falling off until I suggested using stronger tape than just sticky tape. The staff were always blaming someone else without apology or any recognition that this situation was unacceptable to a guest or offering any form of compensation (not even a free breakfast). The curtains finally arrived on our 4th and last day.

This is the perfect location and accommodation. Agia Anna is a gorgeous resort and the accommodation is so close to the beach and restaurants. The pool area is amazing and the apartments are cleaned daily by the most amazing cleaners that give fresh sheets and towels. I really recommend

The room itself is nothing luxurious, but clean, spacious and with a hot shower. The property is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful landscaping. The pool is huge, clean, and glorious. The staff was welcoming and responsive. They were always smiling and friendly. The location is perfect. Steps from a grocery, the beach, and restaurants and shops. I would stay here again without hesitation!!

Stayed here for 10 days on a family break (2 adults and teenager). Great location near the gorgeous beach and restaurants, only a few minutes walk. Staff were quiet but helpful when needed. Fairly small hotel but a great pool - deep, clean and perfect temperature. Stunning gardens made it a really nice place to spend time, plenty of sunbeds and pretty relaxed. We could even swim in the evenings which was a nice treat. Our room was fine - beds were hard but bathroom was pretty good. Very clean and the cleaners did an excellent job. Only issue we had was a noisy family next to us disturbed our sleep - not the fault of the management but annoying.

Terrible experience. Unfortunately i wasn't able to stay at this hotel cause my reservation thru *********** wasn't held by the hotel. They gave me some bad excuse that the reservation system was down and booking was not sent to them. Immagine what a surprise would have been if i just went directly to the reception on my arrival day and they would say simply " i appologise no reservation" :/ Well bad news guys: i know how that works and i also know that *********** did everything they could, and more, to get in touch with the hotel and try to solve this issue. So my advice is avoid this hotel and try your Naxos experience in another hotel.

We came to nexus for a family wedding . I had a very pleasant room for myself and was completely satisfied with the accommodation . It was ideal for a person their own . The room is completely adequate and has all the facilities required for modern living. WiFi was not up to scratch. Chamber maids did a good job.
