Hari Club Beach Resort

I went with my 19yr old son just for a last minute respite for myself. I was immediately given a disabled room next to reception and facing the indoor pool. The room was spotless and every day the maid asked did we want it cleaning as we had the do not disturb sign on. I can't comment on breakfast because we never bothered with it. Lunch we went every day and most days I could.find things to eat (allergy etc) my son had no problems at all and definitely made use of the AI food. Evening meal was the same for both of us again. I did enjoy helping myself to the lovely French bread sandwiches and cake for supper each night. I loved how water was always available. I don't drink alcohol so water and coffees kept me.more than happy. My son tried a few beers and cocktails and said they were really good and not watered down. The bar staff were really lovely, helpful, chatty and there was never a queue for drinks. The reception staff were always smiling and very helpful. In fact all the staff were great. I can't say one bad word against any of them. Non of the other restaurants were open as it was only mid March but we didn't care because it's not our main holiday. The weather was far to hot and with Ramadam it was unsafe for fast action animation. I was happy with that because I went for peace. The animation team did make their presence know by making sure everyone was happy. Having conversations. Offering card games etc I didn't use the pool but plenty did so it must've been nice. The beach was okay a little further down where the sunbeds for the hotel were. Nearer the entrance wasn't very nice due to the seaweed. Photos from the beach are amazing. The evenings consisted of the whole place being electric with fun. Many from the UK and France all on the karaoke. Dancing. Playing games and having a good laugh. I was so sad to leave but my daughter had gone in to labour and my other daughter was getting married the week after. We enjoyed it so much we have booked to go back at the end of April. Make sure you take mosquito stuff as it was bad for some including my son and I. I did get stuff from the shop on site who charged me £25 If I wasn't just chatting and having a laugh with the owner and my son I'd have noticed the cost and said nope and gone the pharmacy. Tunisia is my favourite country and I go a lot. Djerba might just be my new 'adult' place to go from now on. It definitely isn't 4* it's more a 2* but it's spotless and great fun for out of season. I have to add that the indoor pool was fabulous after a day at the pool. It was perfect to float in because nobody else used it. I had it to myself each evening. I highly recommend going to the crocodile farm. Go out to the main road and flag a yellow cab down. They're on a meter and cost around £1.25 each way. The farm is around £8 entrance fee. Don't get scammed in to paying £25 and the promise of a trip shopping. It's 1 shop like our local corner shop. For our experience I have to give it 5/5 See you a

We went for a short break to Hari beach club and i wasnt expecting much due to prior reviews but in all honesty it wasnt that bad. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and at £400 all inclusive for a week this place was worth it. The rooms were clean and air conditioning worked perfectly. Food was a bit the same each day nothing amazing but nothing too bad. I must say during my time here the staff were excellent especially Dali who worked the tables bringing drinks out each night and Walid the waiter during meal times - they went above and beyond what i expected. one tip i would give is use the indoor pool we used it everyday when we was there and we were literally the only people in there! outside of the hotel there isnt much to do so we decide to do the 4x4 berber village tour on offer by easyjet - it was a long day and the tour was given in French so you couldnt really undertand much of what was going on but one of the other guides in a different car on the tour spoke english so he could inform us ( i would just note this when booking tours as it wasnt explained to us by the rep that it was the case so we had no idea at all in the berber village when another guide took us around what was going on - and at £320 for 4 of you its a bit disappointing and then you get a meal when you are there and the manager there started to shout at one of our group because we wanted to sit together not have 4 people split between other tables ) We then decide to do the Pirate ship tour ... if you have every done one of these abroad before its nothing like them ... it was so bad it was good ... honestly go book it and find out for yourself all in all it was a good holiday just to get away and switch off ... would i visit again maybe the staff and entertainment were great ... the rooms and food were good. p.s tip the staff 10 dinar here 20 dinar there its not a lot of money but its makes a big difference to them

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and exceptional service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. But the real highlight of our stay was the entertainment. Animator Joe and his entire team were incredible! They were energetic, engaging, and kept us entertained throughout the day and night. Their activities were fun for all ages, and they truly made our vacation unforgettable. We can't wait to come back
