It's a quiet and nice environment to refresh. The ingredients were fresh and of good quality. I think the education of the staff is wonderful. In the morning, you can see the beautiful cityscape.

Overall, the hotel has very good ambience. Room and bathroom is good. Quite convenient place. On the negative side, choice of b/f is limited for veg items. More importantly, staff at the restaurant have some kind of attitude. They do not have manners to greet the customers and show blanch faces. Do not consider the customers feedback.

Very comfortable and warm room with the essentials. But the breakfast time is very late. We could not have breakfast in the hotel for two days as they were not ready on time as promised by them. Only on the checkout day we had the breakfast. Breakfast was good. Issue with hot water. They said 24/7 hot water available but we had to call them in the morning so that we get hot water. The hotel management should look into this matter. Food was tasty and portion of food also sufficient for two people.

It was fine all the way. Food was fine. Staff services were satisfied. Only one thing to be pointed out that my room no 402 was on the top floor, and the water flow was extremely slow and for the same taking shower was a difficult and hand wash in the wash basin was also affected. Located at a busy market place hence access to transport etc is very good. Room was OK, be sure to ask for a room with windows. my room had windows closed for some reason but since the stay was in December hence it didn’t matter much. Food etc prices were reasonable over all a budget hotel so don’t expect frills etc. you get what you pay for

Location wise its an excellent choice. Laundry service is not available. Quality and hygiene wise, i will rate below average. Food is costlier as compared to other restaurant. No compassion for guests.
