Really and beautiful hotel I recommend this hotel stuff friendly and helpful

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

The reception is decorated in an extravagant theme with lot's of lights and marble. The staff at columbus bar are rude with little to no standards in customer service, there is no food served between 2pm and 7pm every day and you cannot get alcohol at any bars inside the hotel before 4pm. There are 4 types of spirits and white or rose wine but you are forbidden from having any food or drink in your room. They do not provide any tissues, robes, slippers or snacks in the rooms. This is not a luxury resort its a 3 star hotel with no entertainment or facilities.

This could easily be the best hotel in Agadir with a few tweaks. The food was is very good and lots of choice with 4 resturants. Indoor pool is extremely warm so no issues taking a relaxing dip in January. Ouside pool is by far the largest i have ever seen at a hotel and beach is a few meters from hotel gates. Bad points not all food has labels, Inside lobby bar only opens at 4pm would be far better to open at 12pm espically on poor weather days. No information where entertaiment and activates are being held these are minor things that could easly for hotel to fix. So come on Pickalbatros Palais des Roses sort these small issues.

I had a wonderful stay at this all inclusive resort food was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again! Lovely clean hotel Friendly staff

Great experience, perfect spot for families with young children. Pools and restaurants are good and service is great at restaurants. Quality of food and desserts is good. Beach access is private but it’s a public beach after all with decent amount of crowds.

Good experience overall, shower head had an issue and water would leak out of the shower but that wasn't much of an issue. Shower gel and shampoo were not that good in our opinion. Can also complain about the padel rackets and balls provided for the courts were awful, and you could only book a court 30mins per day which is not that much. At the pool, lots of noise and loud music wasn't very enjoyable most of the time for us, as we prefer something a bit calmer and more relaxing. Too much Zumba and related music, if you don't enjoy this like us, takes away from the experience a lot. Apart from this stay was enjoyable, pool was nice and clean, beach was good, food was good and had a lot of variety, pastries were really nice, most of the employees were very nice and engaged with us a lot of the time. Would recommend the hotel to anyone interested in coming to Agadir.

The hotel is very good. Staff are very kind and attentive and always ready to serve you and answer to your requests with a smile on their face. Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated. The food was great in all restaurants. The only "less positive" (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food. The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day. 24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality. Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying! Direct access to the beach
