I’m a peaceful regular customer who comes here every day. All the staff inside know me and respect me, and I respect them too. But the two old guys at the door are rude and act wild – management should really reconsider them. The two new young guys are different: they are smart, respectful, and know how to do the job. Those are the ones you should keep.

Location of the hotel is beautiful, but I think that’s the only positive thing about this hotel. Very old and dirty hotel. This should be demolished and completely built up from scratch. Rooms are large, but should really be renovated as soon as possible. The room and bathroom were dirty. I also saw insects in the room. The room is very cold, but can get warmer by using the air conditioning/heating-unit. The room does have a balcony, but I didn’t use it, because it was close to freezing point and very rainy and windy. There’s no safe in the room. Bed and pillow are very uncomfortable. Staff at reception is friendly and helpful. When my tv wasn’t working a receptionist came to help me right away. Be careful for the bathroom door and preferably do not close it, because there’s a huge chance you’ll get locked in! The door handles and locks are too old and don’t work anymore. Dinner was okay. Breakfast buffet didn’t offer much choice at all and was tasteless.

Hotel is very traditional style, obviously seen better days need total refurb. Saying that it was clean . Garden is beautiful though heated pool was out of action so no swim. Food for dinner was okish, breakfast was awful. May be because off season just have limited stocks

We stayed here a few days after the earthquake in September 2023. If there was any damage it was cleaned up. The rooms where clean, but the bath/shower is in dire need of an upgrade. The floor in the bar is full is full of holes. The Barr staff was very friendly. Gorgeous pool!

Good sized twin bedded room. Awful hand held shower in bath is worst we’ve had in all 5 hotels in Morocco. Shower curtain looked dirty. Air con ineffective. Three electric plugs in room - one very difficult to access another difficult to access and third low by bedside. Separate toilet to bathroom. Nice pool outside but as it is open to public it was far too busy to enjoy. Floor dirty. Bedding stained and hair on pillow. Nothing nearby hotel. Breakfast was in different room to evening dining room. Breakfast was poorest out of 5 hotels in Morocco (although we could have asked for omelettes if we’d asked). Dinner was a la carte and was ok in a nice dining room. Other guests had a buffet. Would not hurry to return here.

Stayed here for one night and that was enough. Rooms large and quaint and well appointed with cosy wool blankets. Food poorest, very little available and minimalistic. Staff indifferent and did not understand gluten free . Unhappy to provide omelette as I Poor could not eat bread. Husband said bread stale. Needs major updating. Arrived late and left early!

Our stay here was interesting. On the plus side, the gardens and pool area are lovely & very relaxing. My room and bathroom were very spacious and well appointed, with working WiFi. On the down side, the decor was tired and in definite need of renovation, and the food was very average in terms of both quality and choice. Perfectly acceptable for a one night stay, but happy to move on,

Its an excellent hotel. Very well located. Wonderful Food. Good security. Lovely views. Friendly staff. Clean areas. Peaceful tranquillity. We recommend it very highly indeed. . A special thanks to each and every one of catering staff, cleaners, drivers, maintenance men, management, porters and Reception were always cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and i would definitely come back soon !!!.

Hôtel pas mal mais demande une bonne rénovation et un bon entretien. La nourriture est bonne mais très répétitive. Le personnel sympa. Les chambres confortables. N'y allez surtout pas avec l'agence Mercier de Mons car l'accompagnatrice sur place est est désagréable, insultante, méchante et d'aucune utilité pour facilité votre séjour. La direction de l'hôtel est très bien et très à l'écoute des clients.
