雷西姆農附近沿海有一大堆五星級的度假酒店，之所以選擇這家，完全是因為它良好的性價比。很好的休閑發呆的五星級賓館，晚上自己的沙灘酒吧還有演出，早餐也豐盛，衹可惜衹住了一晚。

Had a pool view room which was ok. Buyer beware! When we booked the photos were very different on the web! Clean and spacious, but if you are a big lad you may struggle to get under the rain shower! Pool area fantastic, plenty of beds and a short stroll to the bar, which had alot of seating inside and out and fantastic views of the sea/beach. All food was excellent, with a wide range of choice. Do not attempt to ‘pull yourself a beer’ as I got told off for doing so! The young lady, Anissa was an absolute diamond and looked after our every need. Two large bars, one by the beach and one by the restaurant, all very friendly and tentative staff. I would say for our last 7 nights we were the only English couple in the hotel, which in fact was nice! We only met one other couple briefly before they departed. There were a few restaurants and souvenir shops outside the hotel which was nice but I was glad we stayed all inclusive.

Recently returned from our first time to Crete. I enjoyed this hotel the swimming pool was exceptional very clean and surroundings, beach bar was great and staff very friendly. Food was excellent varied and always hot and lovely fresh salads. My only issue was our room this was not 5* quality and was totally different to the photos on the Hotel website which is very misleading. Our room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool was clean and spacious but not what I expecting and thought I had booked. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful especially the Head waitress Anissa. If you want to go Rethymno town it’s approximately 15 minutes by taxi we did not attempt the buses. There are few restaurants just outside the hotel along with supermarkets and souvenir shops.

Terrible hotel that doesn't deserve 5 stars. We were given a dirty room, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, and it turned out that the trash can had not been emptied after previous guests. The sea water around the hotel is very dirty. The hotel smells of sewage. Moreover, very rude service and terrible food.

I visited this hotel for the second time (first time in 2022). Having in mind our pleasant previous holiday, we decided to visit the same place with our family. Unfortunately, the "rose-colored glasses" fell off very quickly. The air conditioning in the room barely worked, and the unpleasant smell emanating from it spoiled the effect of a five-star hotel. Even a visit from the technicians did not help (after three interventions). The cleaning staff, despite the status set on the door panel as "Do not disturb", knocks on the door! Lack of professionalism! The food was tasty, although not very varied. It can get boring during the week. A plus compared to the previous visit was the appearance of seafood (I don't like it at all). The situation is saved by the Lobby Bar, and the waiters Marko and Joanna deserve special recognition. Thanks to them, I will remember this stay for a long time.

It’s the first time we’d been to Crete also first time to an all inclusive, and we certainly couldn’t have picked a more fabulous hotel, the staff from the very first we’re so helpful and friendly, our room was lovely with the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever had, food was first class, we were absolutely spoilt for choice, we really enjoyed the beach bar overlooking the beach and there were plenty of comfortable sunbeds around the pool. If I was to have a couple of teeny niggles is the towels in the bathroom could have been more luxurious, especially for a 5* hotel and it would have been better if they had 2 toaster’s at breakfast as there was usually quite a queue but these niggles certainly didn’t distract from a wonderful holiday

We are two couples that come here and just chill for a week, what more could you want, The hotel is run very well, I like to see the new manager doing his tours a number of times a day making sure all is fine and is approachable for any problems at all(although I had none). reception helpful. local drinks and cocktails were good too. 20 minute bus ride into Rethymno from the hotel. The rooms have all been updated and lovely and fresh also quite large. The Hotel is on the high-street one end and on the beach the other served by two bars with loads of room not just in bars but also by the pool and beach. The Food really tasty and fresh with a massive choice and differently themed everyday, What makes this hotel is the staff, I normally name names however every single member of staff did their job perfectly with no complaints, Many, many thanks to the Rethymno Palace staff for making our stay enjoyable and see you soon. Had a wonderful time at Rethmynos Palace Hotel! The food was excellent, and the hotel features a beautiful beach right on the property. The cocktails were delightful, especially those made by bartender Venizelos. The territory and rooms were impeccably clean, and the warm, friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
