Ulasan Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa

Saya ingin memberikan masukan mengenai kunjungan saya baru-baru ini. Ruangan itu sangat panas, dan karena AC-nya tidak berfungsi, kami malah diberi kipas angin. Selain itu, kami tidak diberitahu tentang biaya tambahan £10 per orang untuk 'hari spa' untuk menggunakan kolam renang, yang membingungkan karena saya hanya ingin berenang sebentar. Sangat mengecewakan bahwa tamu hotel tidak diperbolehkan berenang selama 10 menit sekalipun. Terakhir, meja resepsionisnya cukup kecil, dan dengan tiga anggota staf yang saling berbicara, pengalamannya terasa kacau. Terima kasih atas perhatian Anda terhadap hal ini.

Berbasis di cardiff tetapi teman-teman mengunjungi saya untuk liburan mereka. Semuanya bagus, mudah untuk pergi ke pusat kota. Stafnya baik bahkan setelah tengah malam. Tidak dapat membayangkan bahwa saya akan meninggalkan Cardiff nanti...

Hotel yang bagus, perawatan spa yang sangat bagus. Akan memberikan 5 wajah bahagia untuk semuanya, tetapi makanan dan layanan restorannya tidak bagus. Tapi secara keseluruhan akan merekomendasikan.

Ruangan itu besar dan luas. Colokan wastafel kamar mandi rusak dan macet sehingga wastafel tetap penuh air dan tidak mengalir. Dan AC tidak berfungsi sehingga ruangan menjadi panas. Selain itu itu ok.

High price - especially when you have to pay for your overnight parking (I paid £17.00) and then if you want to have a swim it'll cost you another tenner! Cheeky buggers. Staff very pleasant and our room, although a bit 'tired' was spacious and light with a super comfy bed. Restaurant - staff again very pleasant but I was rather confused about my dinner wich consisted on half a plate of saute potatoes, a chicken schnitzel and a large bowl of cherry tomatoes. That's it. Chicken cooked perfectly, saute potatoes weren't actually saute, just deep fried slices and what I was supposed to do with so many tomatoes I have no idea but it was a pretty boring dinner and I would recommend it.

Great location, great hotel but a few issues with housekeeping and some misinformation. Such a shame as otherwise our stay would have been 5 stars!

The room is spacious and cleanliness. The receptionist is helpful

Installtions are dated. The first room they gave us didn’t have air conditioning, they changed it for another one with a disabled toilet that wasn’t very easy to use, one of the bathroom lights was hanging loose from the ceiling. Staff were helpful

It was okay, steam room wasn’t working but the room was nice.

It was a nice stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking space was full but he helped us find a parking space. Would definitely stay with them again.

Hotel room and staff were all amazing! The spa was also really nice. However the TV and air conditioning in our room was not working

Rooms could do with a revamp, the bathroom is ok but the shower could do with a bit of power to it. The air conditioning wasn't working (by the sound of all the complaints I was hearing in reception it was most of the rooms) at least I had a fan but it kept turning off so the room would heat up pretty quickly. Room was close to the lifts and you can certainly here them. didn't get much sleep with the heat and the lifts. There is a fridge in the room, there is nothing in there except a build up of ice and could have done with a clean. There is tea and coffee but no complimentary biscuits unlike other hotels. The bar closed at 11pm even though they said it was midnight so if you want to have a nightcap before bed etc .. dream on, the staff were not that helpful. Had dinner there it was ok and breakfast was ok and the staff were nice at breakfast. Definitely won't stay here again there are better hotels in Cardiff in this price range.
