Staf tidak jujur dan khususnya manajernya rumit yang membuat saya tidak nyaman selama saya tinggal. 1. Semua fasilitas sedang dalam konstruksi dan mereka tidak menyebutkannya. 2. Staf penerimaan tidak ramah dan saya merasa mereka agresif ketika saya menyebutkan masalah yang saya miliki. Ketika saya mencoba menghubungi manajer, dia adalah yang terburuk. (tidak jujur dan licik) 3. Kamar sangat kotor, layanannya NOL. Tamu lain membuang sampah di pintu gerbang kamar selama berjam-jam sebelum mereka membersihkannya. Jadi masalah utama saya kira dengan manajemen 4. Satu-satunya hal yang baik adalah lokasinya. Pendapat jika Anda ingin menikmati masa tinggal Anda, coba hotel lain

Hotel is located in a nice location in the city. Doesn’t stand to the standards of a 5 star hotel. It only has a beach access. Thats it. Other than that, room is smelly, pool is not that big and breakfast is so limited.

The staff are Lovely and the breakfast one of the best I’ve had in a hotel

The room was good and the service was nice too. The view was very impressive, and the balcony really enhanced the impression. However, the bathtub was too small and the water pressure disappointed everything, too low for shower!

Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！

Very nice hotel and recomended. It has a very good location.

Hotel is nice and modern. Location is very strange, in rather horrible area surrounded by abandoned factories and warehouses. Use of swimming pool not included for hotel guest, extra fee of £35 per person for 2 hrs use. No milk in the room for hot beverages. Complimentary water only once on arrival and not replaced following nights. Only continental breakfast included, cooked breakfast extra fee. Very slow drink service at the terrace bar but nice views of volcano. Superior room very small, walk in shower curtain horrible. Overall would not stay again.

Great location. I was on a biz trip and had to go to ADGM and other meetings. The location was ideal and the rooms are quite big compared to similar priced hotels. Would go there again

Amazing stay for 3 nights en route to Dubai. Lovely to relax in the hotel that has a lovely pool area and private beach (creek). Breakfast was amazing with so many choices . Staff were 5 star! My mother had an awful fall and had to go to hospital and the lifeguards/ manager couldn’t have done more to help. Always helping her without having to be asked. Fast food places across the road and Abu Dhabi mall also so really handy. Definitely would recommend this place . I would say the room although was nice wasn’t amazing 5 star but spacious and did the job. Bath was really deep so maybe ask for a room for the disabled if Amy mobility issues.

Everything was very good , but the building is old with damp smell ,,,, Delicious breakfast and a variety of dishes …….

everything was perfect and the receptionists are nice and helpful and a special thanks for the lifeguard Mr. Linnin he was very helpful guy with his smile.

Very welcoming and comfortable. The location is quite attractive as it is in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s city.

WE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER, FROM THE MOMENT WE ENTERED THE HOTEL THE STAFF WAS SO WELCOMING AND WARM OUR CHILDREN LOVED EVERYONE AND WE GOT VERY CONNECTED TO ALL OF THEM THE HOTEL LOOKS OLD FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT FROM THE INSIDE ITS BEAUTIFUL AND MODERN, WITH THE BEST SWIMMING POOL FOR SMALL CHILDREN AND FOR OLDER ONES, GREAT ATMOSPHERE, THE BEACH IS 10 METERS AND ATTACHE TO THE HOTEL THE GYM WAS AMAZING AND NEW BREAKFAST WAS SUPER GREAT, SO GREAT STAFF!!! WE WOULD DEFINATELY RETURN THANKS AND REGARDS

Great location and staff do their best. Run down hotel in need of renovation. They messed up our reservation but made it up with a very late check out. Can stay here again but there are many options in this price range
