Such a fabulous hotel, from the start we were warmly welcomed into the hotel, the frontline staff were also very helpful informing us about the Grand Hyatt app and opportunity to receive discounts at any restaurants at the hotel. Immaculate rooms with stunning views, excellent choice of food for breakfast especially as we were vegetarian, nothing was too much for the staff, they really went out of there way to make our stay special.
We had dinner at the Italian restaurant Verso, unfortunately most of the pastas contained egg, so I asked if they could mix the pasta with the sauce I wanted, they simply just reinvented a new dish for me which was so tasty I came back for more.
However what truly made this hotel stand out was their service, especially the concierge team. Bikram is such an asset to your team. Whenever asking for what to do and where to go even for food nothing was too much for him. He even went as far as to book the tickets on our behalf for an attraction. Always a smiling face and this accompanied with an iPad that had such a wealth of information was a real breathe of fresh air for us, such good service is rare, so please extend our sincere thanks to him.
Overall a beautiful hotel with world class service. We will be back again!
