Great location and great hotel breakfast

W - the beast !!!

Check in staff behaviour was too bad and not at all friendly. And the overall service was pathetic. The room keys stopped working several times and took them very long time to get us the new keys. The staff disconnect the phone while talking.

Our room is having F1 circuit view. It is really nice. The room is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended .

I recently stayed at the W Abu Dhabi - Yas Island with a friend, and while the hotel itself was quite good, the service was far from what we expected from a Marriott property. Our experience started off on the wrong foot with the front desk staff, who seemed disinterested in assisting us. Despite Marriott’s reputation for high-quality service, we felt the staff were unpleasant and not particularly eager to help. For instance, our room lacked basic amenities like toothbrushes and towels. We called the reception three times and waited nearly an hour before these items were finally brought to our room. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially at a hotel of this caliber. Furthermore, during check-in, we noticed that other guests were treated better than we were. A staff member was serving drinks to people checking in, but when we approached the front desk again 30 minutes later, we were not offered anything. This inconsistency in service really stood out and left us feeling undervalued as guests. On a different note, the furniture in the room was not up to the standard we expected, and communication with the staff was challenging as most of them spoke primarily in Hinglish, which led to some misunderstandings. Overall, while the hotel’s facilities are decent, the lackluster service significantly detracted from our stay. When booking a Marriott hotel, we expect a certain level of service, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

The hotel is in the middle of the racecourse which can be noisy in the night, but it’s a good experience if you like F1.

W Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Abu Dhabi and the architecture of it is stunning, the food options and drinks are great as well, the rooms are big as well. The only downside of the stay was that the hotel is next to a race track and the noise is too much 😅

Awesome hotel with an amazing view facing the formula circuit! Special thanks to the staff who served our in-room dinning during our 3 nights stay. The in-room dinning food was so yummy that my boy enjoyed so much!

Unlimited bottled water supply. Breakfast buffet so nice, large variety of food. Got to hear the racing cars vroom vroom but it sounds fun.

Great stay my fav hotel on Yas island brilliant facilities and staff are great the rooms are great as well and the garage brunch was amazing! We will be returning for sure!!
