I was lucky to have been given a voucher to use at Kinmel Spa. Booking was simple online. I visited today and had a back neck and shoulder massage and Elemis pro glow facial. I would highly recommend both, it was so relaxing. The facial gave instant results, my skin feels renewed. Well worth the money.

Beautiful hotel in a picturesque location in the hills near the coast. Rooms are excellent and comfortable with tea etc provided. Evening meals are expensive if you are not on a 'deal' but food is excellent and portions are enormous. Smart TV with very good WiFi reception. The Spa is beautiful with gym, bubble pool, sauna and steam rooms and no hassle to purchase treatments. The only thing that let it down was the buffet breakfast where cooked eggs and bacon were a bit overdone, but the rest of the food on offer was superb. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Went for leisure facilities and and relax but this was not the case went into hydrotherapy pool and as we was walking in it was taking my breath away family’s was in there and everyone was coughing while I was in there I had a terrible reaction with my eyes the solution in water was far to strong could not open my eyes and felt I could not get a breath same with my family, spoke to other people they said same lots of people going in coughing as it was taking breath away, spoke to the staff member she said no nothing wrong with it the water has been tested, I had to get out as my eyes and chest was so bad, the lady came back and told other people to come out of water as the chemicals was to high and she had to close for while I was right all along I was left in terrible way with chest am still wheezing and eyes still swollen the next day tried to call spa but no reply, this was very dangerous What went on.

As always bed comfortable, food in the restaurant good service excellent and to top it off breakfast delicious. Been a few times and will go again. P.S spa brilliant. The sound of silence no noise in the night. The weather was great and private parking.

A great afternoon spa experience From start to finish. Every member of staff was exceptional. They were so welcoming, friendly and attentive. A credit to the Kimnel. We had a spa package with a lovely lunch, used the facilities and had a treatment. The spa is incredibly well organised and leaves nothing to chance. We were given an information letter with info and necessary codes. No risk of forgetting them. Theres some really nice touches. Plenty of jugs of lemon lime water everywhere. The chill out area had tea,coffee , flap jack. After your treatment you were given a tiny tray with a refreshing sorbet and water. Staff were always checking the areas were clean and tidy.

Fantastic hotel, renovated since our last stay 7 years ago making it even better. Food in the restaurant was superb, great selection of drinks and cocktails in the lovely bar area, the central blossom tree looks amazing! Friendly professional helpful staff and fabulous spa too. Spa facilities were great, I had a back massage too that was just what I needed.

The hotel is fabulous! The food in the evening was really good and we enjoyed every last morsel! Staff are very professional, room was spotless and very well looked after. Why score of 3? The spa! The swimming pool was very, very cloudy! Not inviting at all. It was also cold. Did report to girl on reception, but they must have known as any visual check would have told them it was cloudy. The thermal pool was not quite warm enough and was also very foamy! It looked like someone had added bubble bath, so not the facilities fault, but again, visual inspection would have alerted the team. As others have said, quite small and not enough space in changing rooms - whole experience of spa was disappointing. However, I would recommend the hotel without hesitation, just don’t opt in for the spa.

Having stayed here 7 years ago which was a lovely experience we were not surprised but it was just as good yes the spa had aged a bit it had just been refurbished on our last visit we booked in at 15:00 for our spa visit it was really nice just enough people in there to make it a comfortable experience you are allowed 2 hours which to be fair is long enough We were on the ground floor the room was very comfortable and quiet so a nice experience with the deal we were on we had dinner bed and breakfast the evening meal menu was very good only a couple of items were with a supplement the drinks were a decent price which for hotels is very surprising the food 3 courses was substantial and beautifully cooked Joanna and geraint who served us were a credit to the hotel breakfast was also very nice and again was really substantial serve yourself for some and some cooked fresh as per order I was slightly apprehensive reading previous comments but in our opinion it was really a great deal
