Overall the hotel is very good. Room is spacious and furniture is in good condition. However just note that:
1) the shower area doesn’t have anything for you to hang your clothes or towel that will not make tour clothes wet. They have a little hook for you to hang stuff but because the shower area is small, whatever you hang there will become wet. Because I went in March and its still very cold, it would be good for them to have something for us to hang even the robes that will not get wet and do not have to come out with our wet body, enduring the cold.
2) the make up room service did not clean the room thoroughly as we can still see some bog chuck of dust floating around the floor.
Besides the above, the food at the hotel restaurant is fantastic and delicious. Service is excellent for the staff in the restaurant as well as the front desk. 小田gave us good service and provided the necessary info upon check in. There is a mini mart besides the hotel too and is very near to the JiuZhaiGou scenic area. Definitely would recommend this hotel! 👍🏼

Qianhe Rezen Hotel provided an exceptional stay with great service and a warm, welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great hospitality, and to our delight, the hotel even upgraded our room. The upgraded room was spacious, well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Another highlight of this hotel is its convenient location. Not only is it surrounded by various restaurants offering dining options, but it is also close to the breathtaking Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. This makes it an excellent choice for travelers planning to explore the stunning natural landscapes and crystal-clear lakes of Jiuzhaigou.
The only minor downside was the breakfast, which was just average. While it provided basic options to start the day, it didn’t stand out in terms of variety or taste. However, given the hotel’s overall comfort, excellent service, and prime location, this was only a small drawback.

I made an appointment for the hotel's airport pick-up and drop-off. They were all ******* guys, very enthusiastic! Just the right amount of enthusiasm!
The housekeeper icey is a very cute sister. When I checked out, she was not at work, but she would come to accompany me. When she saw me taking pictures, she would ask if I needed help.
Other housekeepers (I forgot their names) saw me wandering around and would take the initiative to take us to visit and introduce the entire space, and help us plan and suggest the shape of the program
In the early morning, when I stepped on the elliptical machine barefoot in the gym, Xiaoping would take the initiative to ask if I needed socks and offered a glass of freshly squeezed juice. After the spa, he would take the initiative to hand over a cup of hot water! ! So considerate

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly.
Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

Overall, it's good. The sister at the front desk has a very good attitude and the cleaning lady is also very satisfied. The downside is that my mother and I just stayed on the second floor. The room on the second floor is dark, two lights are broken, and the hygiene is poor. So there are cracker crumbs under the sheets and glass shards on the floor. It feels like the room is too dark. Cleaning is difficult. However, the front desk and the aunt in charge of hygiene solved the problem very quickly. They changed the standard room on the third floor and spent two good days. Forgot to take pictures, the breakfast was very good!

I must give the hotel a thumbs up. I arrived at around 10 o'clock that night, and the man who picked me up for free was on time and very enthusiastic. The hotel also upgraded the suite for free and extended the check-out time to 2 p.m. The manager was particularly enthusiastic. Because we couldn't leave the hotel in time due to schedule issues, the manager saw us waiting in the lobby and specially allowed us to have tea and rest in the Sunshine Tea Room. Thank you so much!

CCKWe were supposed to stay in one of the accommodations in Scenic Area Shuangqiao Valley but the plan fell apart when we learnt that we'd be locked inside throughout our stay due to entry ticket requirement and we're not allowed to drive our car in
Out of desperation, we booked a room in this homestay and it turned out to the one of the most memorable stays we've ever had. Unlike typical hotels and homestays, this one stood out for their unique character and warm hospitality
The room we stayed in was warm and cozy, immediately making us feel at home. Winter at Mount Siguniang was as magical as ever, with bright sunshine during the day and peaceful evenings. We spent time in the tea area of our room, sipping tea, chatting, and enjoying the stars. It was a perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. This was made possible with a very high standard of hygiene and cleanliness not only of our room, but the building as a whole
Dining experience was exceptional. Breakfast included freshly baked highland barley breads and plain but comforting congee that warmed our hearts and stomachs. The meals were thoughtfully prepared to suit our preferences, making us feel as though we were dining at home. Sister Chin's generosity and attention to detail extended even to helping us with laundry, ensuring every aspect of our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
Best part of our stay would be the gather round fireplace in the lounge at night. Our hosts prepared hot tea and we chatted away the entire night.
This off-season visit felt even more comfortable than a peak-season trip, and we are so grateful for the hospitality that made this journey perfect. The family’s warmth and sincerity made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience, far beyond what we ever expected from a homestay.

BBerry.monI would say many thank you to a guy who does an orthodontics. He carried 4 luggages from the building downstair to upstair where the car waiting to pick us up to drop at the parking. He has a full of service mind. We have very appreciated with his service without any help from his colleague.
For the accommodation, we are very disappointed with the room. Due to we booked the room with mountain view. When we checked-in, the staff said your room has the building block the view and they have no option for us, just let we know. We think might be okay. But when we arrived the room, very disappointed and speechless.
So if anyone would like to stay here, kindly check with the hotel first, if you wouldn't want to feel disappointed as us.
On the other, around there also have other hotel with good view with no building block the view.

KKAH PENG SUSANCosy boutique hotel as I imagined during booking. It's indeed one. Surprise from hotel - complimentary dessert delivered to our room on both nights. Truly warming in cold weather. Like the minimalist of the lobby, design of entire place, and the rooms. . Good spread of breakfast. Complimentary transport to and fro Jiuzhaigou Park is a bonus. 1 of the drivers had asked and arranged for us coach tickets reservations to HuangLong Natl' Park, appreciate his service. This smart hotel 'Xiao Ai Tong Xue' could only respond once to my 'turn off the lights' command, needs bit more training yeah :) Automatic toilet flush is hi-tech and clean, but find it noisy at times. Suggest to fix 1 or 2 hanging hooks at shower area.

1.The hostess is very friendly.
2. I bought her dinner on the first floor and it was very delicious.
3. It takes about 14 minutes to walk from the high-speed rail station. It is very close.
4. The room was clean and I was glad to see the mountains outside the window.
5. The blanket was cozy and the hot water came out well.
6. It was nice to have a cultural experience here. (Disappointing)
1. The windows are not double windows and they are not insulated well. We had to keep the heating on when the electricity came on.
3. There are many places under construction around the building, so the power supply is unstable. Please warm up your bed and charge your phone when the electricity comes in.
4. If you are a non-smoker, ask for a second-floor room when you check-in. The third-floor room has a sore throat due to the continuous smoke coming up from the second-floor cigarette.
5. There was a restaurant near the hotel that said ”Breakfast” and when I went there at 7:30 the door was locked. I looked around all around the hotel, but none of the restaurants were open. Prepare food such as snacks and fruits in advance for breakfast.
6. I think this is for Chinese people only. Foreign lodging registration is not automatic. Please visit the police station next to you at the high-speed rail station and take care of it yourself.

1. The map app confirms that buses run between the ancient fortress wall and the high-speed rail station, but when I asked the locals, they said they don't operate it. I paid 20 yuan for a taxi from the bus stop to my accommodation. I took a taxi from here three times, but no taxi was priced for mileage. You should bargain well.
2. There is a convenience store in the waiting room of the high-speed rail station that sells instant food, the air is warm, and you can charge your phone. If you have nowhere to go, you can spend time here. (We also had breakfast here and charged our phones for four hours.)

GGuest UserIt’s located in a very convenient location that close to the show’s theater, I mean walkable. And many restaurants are around it, no worries about dining or drinking.
The hotel is also quiet cleaning as much as meets a Japanese’ expectations. The staffs are super friendly, feel free to ask them any of assistance if you needed.
I really enjoyed the breakfast.
Highly recommended.
Definitely I will be returning again.

WWilliam(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night.
The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin.
This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem.
Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place:
1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture)
2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.)
3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.)
4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel.
5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem.
6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater.
Conclusion:
Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

XXuan_99Great comfortable stay in this hotel. The place was clean and warm. The location is strategically located within 5 minutes walk to the entrance of JiuZhaiGou park (to the right) and nearby eateries (to the left). There’s a MCD just downstairs, and a small convenience store next to it as well.
Especially thankful to have the front door service staff, Mr Klein and another lady, who were extremely patient and helpful with all our needs and concerns. They were friendly and efficient with getting our needs, and showed professionalism.
Overall the room was satisfying, the heater was working well, warm shower did not require long waiting, and all the amenities were provided. Only thing is that the water pressure is slightly low, but considering the location, I’m not complaining!
We also had their breakfast for two days in a row, it was delicious. Served from 7am, with much variety of food (not repeated the next day) including western (bread, pastries, cereal) and Chinese food (porridge, fried rice, steamed buns, sautéed vegetables). Would recommend!

GGuest UserGreat place with a great owner. The hotel itself is very nice and it had everything needed, with a nice courtyard. The location is also perfect. The owner helped me plan a day trip where there were no tourists, and he also bought the bus ticket to go back to Chengdu for me, and even followed me to the bus stop. Great help.
