Perfect
ZZhaomansiI went out to climb mountains alone. I felt laughing and happy in the snowy mountains. I ate with them. They were all girls. They were easy-going, free and comfortable. Basically all my requirements were met. I felt the warmth of the world here. I lived a happy life.
The room has a large glass window, and the sun is shining. Let time pass like this.
BMW X6 picks me up wherever I go. There are no requirements. They made yak beef stewed with radish for me. My God, it smells so good.
It snowed in Changpinggou today. Although there are not many tourists, I feel the joy of snow. Coming down from Balang Mountain, I experienced the snowy scenery all over the sky, passed through a cave, and then gradually saw the sun. Wow, this feeling, from the fairyland to the human world, felt the warmth, you don’t come to experience it, what can I say, hehe.
The hotel is in a good location, with a large yard at the door, very quiet, by the river.
The room hardware is nothing to say, it is very comfortable to live in, suitable for long-term stay. I am reluctant to leave when I arrive at another home that I yearn for more.
This hotel is full of vitality, and the people are sincere and beautiful. I highly recommend it to everyone. I am very satisfied with the trip.
In addition, the price of this hotel is also very cheap. It is so cheap and of such good quality. I can accept it at a lower price. Haha.

The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue.
The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly.
For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail.
One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely!
If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

BBoon TiongAbsolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly.
Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

小小敏93We had a great time throughout our 2 nights stay! The accommodation is perfectly equipped and very pleasant, it almost feels at home. A huge thank you to the staff for their responsiveness and warm hospitality. Free shuttle service is provided from hotel to jiuzhaigou (around 10 mins journey) Highly recommend!

GGuest UserOverall the hotel is very good. Room is spacious and furniture is in good condition. However just note that:
1) the shower area doesn’t have anything for you to hang your clothes or towel that will not make tour clothes wet. They have a little hook for you to hang stuff but because the shower area is small, whatever you hang there will become wet. Because I went in March and its still very cold, it would be good for them to have something for us to hang even the robes that will not get wet and do not have to come out with our wet body, enduring the cold.
2) the make up room service did not clean the room thoroughly as we can still see some bog chuck of dust floating around the floor.
Besides the above, the food at the hotel restaurant is fantastic and delicious. Service is excellent for the staff in the restaurant as well as the front desk. 小田gave us good service and provided the necessary info upon check in. There is a mini mart besides the hotel too and is very near to the JiuZhaiGou scenic area. Definitely would recommend this hotel! 👍🏼

However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

CCJTheGoofyThis place is perfect for unwinding. It is located 15 minutes away from the main road. The hotel offered free pick up and drop off so the distance to the main area is not really a problem. Very peaceful and has a splendid view from the cabin. The amenities were also impressive.
We would have loved to have:
1. A map or guide for more leisure possibilities such as hiking trails around the area. We only were to explore by ourselves by walking down to a beautiful ******* village.
2. More options for breakfast. Compared to other hotels in the same price category, the breakfast is too simple.
3. As the cabin is using smart home technology, a user manual or a short instruction on paper would be helpful.
Overall, our stay was relaxing and worth the price.

JJAMESGreat location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur.
Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour.
If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

Very close to the high-speed rail, convenient transportation, taxi at the door. Eating is downstairs, the food tastes good. The room is fully equipped and very stylish and clean. Living is very comfortable. It would be better if there was an elevator.
