This hotel is very clean and smells great—there’s absolutely no cigarette odor. The room has a heated bed and even a heated toilet seat. Everything is electronically controlled, including the curtains. The staff provides excellent service and are very friendly, especially Manager Huang. She speaks English very well, which made communication easy. She took great care of us and was always willing to help. She even called taxis for us multiple times. She truly has a service mind. About a 20min walk to the park, the hotel helps to arrange transport into the park in the mornings, if needed. Very clean and new-looking, and rooms come with heated beds, perfect for the current cold winter climate. Buffet breakfast serves a decent selection. Hotel staff are very helpful, and our 管家小韩 made sure to check in on us everyday, to see how our day went and to ensure we get any help that we might need. All in all a very comfortable stay, will definitely recommend.
