Terrible. We paid upfront and with the check-in machine we again had to show our creditcard but as no staff available, we did as we thought if was deposit. Once the receptionist was available, we told him and he said we could ignore the action of the machine and that nothing would be debited. The next day, our account was debited and when we told the same receptionist and asked to cancel the payment he said he couldn´t do anything and we had to send a mail. So we did - but no reaction or reimbursement at all. For the rest very mediocre: poor breakfast, not enough pillows and towels, lights not working. On the positive side: Close to parking and walking distance city center. So I hope at Accor (headquarter) they have the decency to handle this correctly.
