Fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect; we could easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was such a plus not having to rely on taxis or public transport. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering the price, the value was exceptional. Definitely worth booking!

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

Not exactly at the Three Alley (Sanfang Qixiang) but still very central. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the hot spring looked questionable. I was truly looking forward to the hot spring since I had been reading many great reviews on the hotel facilities. Nevertheless, the shortcoming of the pool was made up by the staff and the breakfast. The staff were great - enthusiastic and very helpful. We also enjoyed the rich breakfast, especially the Chinese, and Western options.

Yaduo hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in putian . The location of this hotel is excellent which is close to the city center.. This hot spring hotel in Xiamen is so satisfying to me. The environment feels like returning to Thailand. The environment is warm and clean, the service is professional and enthusiastic, and two hot spring water tickets are given as gifts, which makes me, a person from the Northeast bathing ceiling, feel professional and satisfied. In the evening, the newly boiled Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup was delivered in an insulated bucket. There is also a hot spring in the room, and the children had so much fun! The breakfast is even more amazing. I have traveled all over the country. I personally feel that the breakfast here is made with heart, not those cold meals and pre-prepared dishes. Unlike the buffets in many hotels, it feels varied, but I can't feel the warmth of heart. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

The hotel is in a great location. When booking, the location was the main consideration. It is one bus stop away from Sanfang Qixiang. Or walk more than 1,000 meters. Yushan Park where the hotel is located is also a scenic spot. Next to it is Dingguang Temple, which is also a tourist attraction. It is just outside Exit E of Metro Line 2. There are also many buses at the door. Disadvantages: Because it is next to Dingguang Temple, if the temple holds rituals in the morning, drums and bells will be beaten. The windows are not completely soundproof and the noise can affect your sleep. It was quite noisy on our first morning. The next day there was no sound.

I went for a room with the hot spring. The room was great - nice and cool in the summer heat and with a balcony. The hot spring bath took a few hours to fill and the temperature wasn't hot - if I stay again, I will see if the flow and heat can be increased - but otherwise, it was fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. The nearby beach is somewhat polluted and noisy - if you walk for 40 minutes or so left (as you hit the beach), you can find quiet beaches. If you turn right, there are walkways and crowded beaches and eventually you get to the night market area (cross over the island ring road), good for snacks and so on.

The service by 小叶子 was the best thing throughout the stay, she’s attentive and guided us on how to use the public hot spring and even borrowed me her personal nail clipper. People like her are hard to find nowadays. After eating, I wanted the room to deliver two more bottles of water, and they said each bottle was 2 yuan. I believe that with such frugal service, the turnover of your hotel will surely flourish.

The whole family went on a May Day trip and were pleasantly surprised to stay at this hotel, which is a 40-minute drive from the Tulou. We visited in early March after the Spring Festival. Kids are back in school and adults are back at work so it is a lull period. The environment is excellent, a perfect getaway from city life. Due to the fact that there were few visitors at this, not all pools were filled up but we had the pools to ourselves. The SPA experience was good, very reasonably priced. Breakfast was surprisingly nice, maybe because I just like the Southern Min noodles.................. I'll be back.

Usually I’d have something good to say but this time when my fiancé and I went for a lovely getaway, SIG’s amenities were horrible and they fail to mention that on their booking information. There was construction within the hot springs and the the spa was closed. There was no special massage for us. We would usually get the Jade massage but that was not possible this trip. Furthermore, being the only foreigners that had the Vanilla Villa, no one knew what we wanted when it came to driver coming to retrieve us—we spoke mandarin on the phone; they still did not understand us. Lastly, the “western” dinner and breakfast buffet was missing the western food. Needless to say, SIG is not what it use to be. We’ll try again in 2023; this when the place should be done with construction and offer all its great amenities again.
