Lokasi yang luar biasa, hanya sepelemparan batu dari pusat kota Canterbury. Tuan rumah kami sangat ramah, baik, dan ramah. Sarapannya tidak terlalu banyak, hanya menu sederhana. Sarapan sudah termasuk dalam harga, jadi tidak ada keluhan. Namun, ada banyak masalah dengan kamar... sayangnya, pemeliharaan tampaknya tidak menjadi prioritas. Kulkas tidak berfungsi. TV memiliki rangka plastik yang retak di sekelilingnya. Remote tidak terhubung ke TV. Namun, Anda dapat menyalakan TV secara manual... setelah Anda menemukan masalahnya terlebih dahulu. Laci di samping tempat tidur memiliki pegangan yang terus-menerus lepas. Tidak ada colokan wastafel di kamar mandi. Anda harus bisa memutar badan untuk melihat ke cermin kamar mandi, seharusnya bisa diletakkan dengan lebih baik di dinding yang berdekatan. Agak mengkhawatirkan juga bahwa semua peralatan listrik harus dicolokkan hanya ke satu papan jalur. Meski begitu, terlepas dari semua hal yang kurang menyenangkan, hal itu tidak menghentikan kami untuk menikmati akhir pekan yang menyenangkan di Canterbury - lokasinya sepadan dengan keramahan Sanjeewa.

This was a three night ‘escape’ to explore a completely new area. Broadstairs is a lovely small old fashioned resort with bracing walks, friendly people, some lovely eateries and many places to sit and watch the world go by. Artfuls was a perfect base. Small and friendly, it is ideally located near the seafront, promenade and town centre. The staff were all absolutely lovely, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and good places to eat. Our room was quirky but comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfasts were excellent and unhurried. There was easy parking nearby. I readily recommend Artfuls to any couples wishing to enjoy a relaxed break in a lovely place. I would

Hotel is strict with 3 PM checked in. Unfortunately, it was the hottest day and we had the room number one which facing west & boiling hot.  Aircon didn’t work in the room, staff had to put 3 fans & a portable AC but didn’t do much.  Went out the whole day when back at night our room was still boiling hot measured 28’c.  The lady manger was helpful but not much she can do to help cool down the room.  The hotel was kind enough to offer 50% off our room rate upon check out.

我作為酒店從業者真是很佩服Alex可以把家庭旅館打理的這麼完美！ 這條評語不是寫下簡單的乾淨整潔,服務好,位置好就可以表達我的感受的！我想説的是佈置的很有特色，很有藝術氣息，充分利用了所有資源但是不擁擠，處處體現出經營者的高品味和用心經營！在旅遊業尚未復甦之際Alex為客人提供的各種食品飲料體驗了他極大的善意！所以這是一個高度值得推薦的家庭旅館！我還會再回來！ As a hotel practitioner, I really admire Alex for managing his family hotel so perfectly! This comment is not just about being clean, tidy, good service and good location to express my feelings! What I want to say is that the layout is very unique and artistic, making full use of all resources but not crowded, and reflecting the high taste and careful management of the operator everywhere! Alex's great kindness in providing guests with various food and beverages when the tourism industry has not yet recovered! So this is a highly recommended family hotel! I will come back again!
