Actually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess. So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out. This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix. My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

I was going to a game at the Gabba , and wanted to stay overnight. This was the cheapest room I could find in a short walking distance , when I saw the price , compared to other hotels in the area , I wasnt expecting much. Pleasantly surprised to find a much better standard of room than I was expecting. the room is small but very clean and everything I needed for a one night stay , Tv , Air Cond , Tea & Coffee , clean sheets and well made bed. Bathroom had been recently renovated which was a nice surprise. If you're looking for an affordable short stay with great location to gabba , definately yes. Would I stay there again , absolutely

Kami berlima dan untuk liburan akhir pekan yang seru dan menyenangkan, tempat ini sangat ideal dan memiliki cukup ruang untuk kami semua. Kamar mandi berukuran besar dan terasa cukup modern. Kami memiliki pilihan tempat tidur bertingkat, tempat tidur ganda, dan beberapa tidur di sofa karena AC berada di ruang tamu. Kipas angin kecil di kamar tempat tidur bertingkat tidak berguna, tetapi kamar tempat tidur ganda memiliki kipas angin langit-langit. Kulkas memiliki freezer yang luar biasa. Tidak yakin tentang sampah karena kami mengisi tempat sampah kecil hingga penuh. Tidak ada yang perlu dikeluhkan, lokasinya strategis karena dekat dengan banyak toko dan tempat makan. Area depan memiliki meja untuk bersantai dan gantungan untuk menggantung pakaian basah.

We stayed in a lovely cabin! Very clean and comfy bed!! Shower leaked a bit but dried up quickly. Bus stop was just outside the park which was easy to get to town and back (at night it’s the last stop back from town). Pool was nice and big too!

A little subtropical oasis right in the middle of town. Conventionally located in the town centre with access to shops and businesses, next door to Woolies and a short walk to the beach. And yet it’s a quiet, peaceful and lush spot to stay. Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff.
