茂發光明——我的茂名（一） 下榻麗灣精選公寓 從茂名火車站站南出來，過隧道就看到鴻薈國際廣場，繞到後面就是麗灣精選公寓。 以前到過幾次茂名，把茂名當成了家鄉，疫情的時候還在茂名“避難”，哈哈哈。 不過幾次都是從站北出來，這一次因為習慣差一點又從站北出來了——回家的路習慣了。 走南闖北住公寓多了，麗灣精選公寓居然有大堂服務枱，大廈大門也有招牌，這是很少見的，我們的很多民宿都遮遮掩掩有些有些羞澀，今天麗灣精選公寓免費給我升級到複式公寓，謝謝麗灣精選公寓。 麗灣精選公寓複式很大，兩層，視野也很開闊，樓下有烤串店喝老湯店。 茂名南站過街隧道多點指引牌就好了，我一開始下去見到停車場，我以為是走錯了，回頭再下去經保安叔叔指引財過了街，這是茂名市政府應該注意的“小節問題”。

The floor stinks. The 2-meter bed I booked was actually 1.8 meters. It was not on the 8th floor, and the room was not 68 or 70 square meters. It was at most 30 square meters. I went there because I saw the pictures on Ctrip that the room was bigger. I felt cheated. The room was not that big but it said it was that big. They told me to check out at 1 o'clock, and they charged me for overtime. I got up in a hurry to pack my things. After I finished packing, I found out that Ctrip said I had to check out at 2 o'clock. 強烈推薦這家在童子灣性價比最高的民宿，24年才開業的這家民宿裏所有的設施都是全新的。親子房的空間非常的寬敞，房間採用的是中央空調，就連走廊過道也是有空調的。民宿離海灘和塘霞裏街步行都是5分鐘的路程，衹是周邊吃飯的餐館很少，大家可以開車過第一灘那邊很多吃海鮮的地方，開車距離也不遠。工作人員服務也很到位，還幫我們預約了第二天去晏鏡嶺的觀光電車
