1. The location is good, near the international airport, for an overnight sleep. Approximately 20 minutes drive. 2. The staff are courteous and helpful. 3. Room cleanliness needs improvement. The toilet bowl has flushing problem.

The location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. The gym was very well equipped, better than some gyms I have been to.

Location is okay but very busy traffic on the street. Front counter staff member was not friendly because at the time of check in he asked me what time I will be checking out which was not relevant at that time. Then I got a phone call at 9.50pm asked me again what time I will check out. Secondly the room cleaner left two large rubbish bags in front of my room which was not acceptable.

The room is OK, and the breakfast is OK. It is next to the airport road, so try to ask the front desk not to arrange a room facing the street. The picture shows the sky garden on the top floor, and the swimming pool is also on the top floor

The hotel facilities and rooms are all new. There is a swimming pool and a gym on the rooftop. It is an oasis in the hot and chaotic city of Dhaka. The breakfast is average. It is really unremarkable by the standards of a five-star hotel. The service is also average. When booking the room, I saw that I would get free fruit and a possible room upgrade because I was a diamond member. Although the hotel notified me before departure that there would be no upgrade, I found that there were many empty rooms in the whole building because of Eid al-Adha (it was said that there were only 6 groups of guests that day). I wondered why there was no upgrade. In addition, there was no free fruit. Overall, it is clean, safe and comfortable. If you happen to come to Dhaka, you can choose this place.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Blossom Dhaka. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. The food was delicious with a great variety in the breakfast buffet. The location is also very convenient, making travel around the city easy. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality – they made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Hotel Blossom to anyone visiting Dhaka. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and top-notch service!

Had the most phenomenal stay at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel! The location is great and the hotel itself is very beautiful and classy, with thoughtfully designed rooms, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff, however, were the ones who truly made my stay in Dhaka memorable. Everyone here is incredible. I always felt like a VIP here and the staff were always willing to help me and ask how I was doing. Sajuti, especially, was so kind and helpful during my entire stay and I am so grateful for her. Shoutouts to Ayesha at the breakfast buffet, the outside security staff, and everyone down at the front desk as well.

I booked two rooms for 4 nights. We arrived hotel 9am but the hotel charged USD$ 106.00 for early check in. Breakfast was good
