We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

This time I came back to Shijiazhuang and stayed at Ximei Wuzhou Hotel! The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete and high-quality. The room staff is warm and thoughtful, and the service is super considerate. The surrounding transportation is convenient. Next time I come to Shijiazhuang, I will choose to stay here. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is close to the ancient city of Shanhaiguan, and it is convenient to go to the scenic spot. There are many restaurants nearby, and the hotel's restaurant is also famous, which is convenient for eating. The parking lot of the guest room department is separate from the parking lot of the restaurant department and is managed by several security guards. Parking is convenient and safe, and it creates a quiet environment for the guest room department. The guest room is large, the equipment is easy to use, and the hygiene is good. However, living on the 5th floor, the strong smell of kitchen fumes drifted into the room at mealtime, which was very unpleasant, so I had to close the windows tightly. The breakfast was good.

Thaiwoo Ski Resort/Wanlong Ski Resort
The hotel location is very good, inside the Thaiwoo Ski resort. Room is clean, and big. Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice. Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!

I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. I feel like I have to comment on something. Is this a five-star Sheraton? But I am really speechless: First of all, parking is difficult. There are parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel, and the number is not bad. We arrived at around 5 pm, which is not too late, but there was no place to park. The security guard asked us to go around to the back of the hotel. We didn’t know the situation. We went around and there was no place to park. We went back to the front of the hotel building. The security guard said that we had to park on the main road behind the building... Then we walked over. It was freezing cold and pitch black... There were many temporary parking spaces in front of the building, but they didn’t allow us to park. They said that there would be a crew tomorrow... But there were clearly cars parked there! I am so angry! If this was Wangfujing, I would not say anything. You have such a big place, and there is no way to park? You don’t plan parking, and let guests drag their luggage for hundreds of meters in the dark... I am speechless! Then we checked in. The hotel didn't have a child fence, which was fine, but the shower was terrible. When the shower was turned on, the water came out from the big gap between the shower and the wall. It felt like the shower would fall off if it was turned on for a while. The shower head was also very strong when it was turned on, and then it immediately became a small stream of water when it was adjusted to hot water... Then the pillows were so high that I felt dizzy after sleeping... The bed was soft... The TV was small... The curtains had big holes... The most speechless thing was the comb provided by the hotel. It was a transparent plastic comb less than 800 years ago... I don't know if there are any hotels that still use it now... I was shocked! The hotel staff were all very nice, and they kept saying sorry to you in a very nice manner... In short, I didn't feel like I was staying in a five-star hotel! It really opened my eyes. The level of Sheraton shocked me! I will not stay there again, nor will I recommend it!

I would like to highlight three things in which I felt were very pleasant during my stay at the lodging. First, I was pleasantly surprised at the service they offered. When my family and I were staying at lodging, the workers were extremely heartwarming and kind. They were willing to answer any questions we had about the attractions nearby and even drove us to the Jinshan Ling Great Wall of china Nearby. Second, I would like to highlight the amenities and activities offered at the lodging. Although we only scratched the surface of the activities they offered. The lodging provided us with countless options. From having a mini movie theatre as well as pool & billiards room, they also offered a wide range of outdoor adventures such as kayaking and fishing which will surely enrich your stay there. Furthermore, the amenities themselves at the room we were staying in were exceptional. The lodging was spacious and provided us with separate rooms to stay in, making our stay an extremely pleasant one. Lastly, I would like to highlight the food at the lodging itself. At every lodging one books I’m sure one would look forward to having delectable food right within a stone’s throw away. Needless to say, the food offered by the lodging from breakfast to dinner was both delicious and affordable. I would highly recommend booking a stay here should you want to visit the attractions in the area but don’t forget to take time to enjoy and experience the adventures offered by the lodging too!

The room is European and American style, very warm, with a refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer, which is very convenient for ski enthusiasts. It's great. The hotel front desk Xiao Wang is warm and friendly, and our problems are handled in a timely manner. Thank her very much. The hot spring on the 4th floor of the hotel is also good and worth staying.

PROS: Staff, facility, food CONS: Location First, I wold like to thank the staff for their excellent service, in particular, I would like the management to recognize 我的名字是Meijiaxue for her help. Staff speak minimal English but worked very hard to understand us and give us extra care. I would recommend that the hotel have a wechat account available for foriegners to contact the front desk for easy translation. 我的名字是Meijiaxue connected with us this way, via our request. She went out of her way to help book us a car, order food and buy products. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are stunning and feel very high end, luxury. The building is new and well maintained. Shampoo, soap and conditioner is a lovely lavendar and mint, natural product. Upon arrival you are given tickets for on site alpaca feeding and DIY drawing activity. We only did the alpaca feeding which only took 5 minutes but was immensely fun. Breakfast buffet was well done and more than enough food for only 24 rooms, primarily chinese food but some western dishes. Location was the only downfall. I thought being only 15 minutes from downtown and the beach would be no problem for a taxi. However, it was almost immposible to get a taxi or Didi. There is nothing else in the area so there are no cars in the area. One night we wanted to go to dinner and waited an hour trying to get a car, before eventually giving up. The staff then helped us to order in food instead. If you are able to get a car, its only around 20rmb to DT, when we were able to get a car. Overall, I would absolutely visit again and recommend, Ideally with a car.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms were clean and generally tidy. I was surprised to find however that there were no disposable slippers although that maybe a hotel policy to prevent waste but I think they should be made available on request. Breakfast had a good selection and was worth the cost. Sadly, we did not have time to avail of any of the other facilities in the hotel. The weak point seems to be the check in process. It took far too long, I do not expect to spend fifteen minutes to check into a hotel with a prepaid reservation. There is no issue with language as I can speak Chinese. I realise that there are extra steps to deal with when dealing with overseas guests but they seemed pretty clueless when I presented them with a permanent resident card and insisted on my passport instead. The fact there was no entry stamp in my passport as it is new confused them even more and I had to waste more time finding my old passport which luckily I had with me. I was then asked various questions concerning my travel history which in over a decade in China I have never been asked before and when I asked why they needed this information there was no definitive answer given. I also received a follow up call encouraging me to leave a review and to join their membership program, this is not expected and guests information should not be used for marketing. I expect that a manager will see this review and should note these concerns and speak to their reception team to rectify this.
