The car return and pick-up are both at Terminal 3 of Haneda Airport, which is very convenient. The car itself is also excellent; it's a hybrid Prius, incredibly fuel-efficient. I used almost half a tank of gas during my trip to Mt. Fuji, Kaone, and Atami. The rental company's staff were also very friendly. Highly recommended!

This car rental experience was excellent, especially the attentive service during the return process – kudos! 👍 They also have a dedicated service group chat where you can get a quick response to any issues. A very professional and dedicated team – I wish them all the best!

I rented a Toyota hybrid sedan; the rental fee was cheap and the price was great. The staff member I spoke with spoke Chinese, making communication easy, and the service was professional and friendly. I'll definitely consider using this company again for my next self-driving trip in Japan. Also, according to the staff, in addition to the pick-up and drop-off points near the airport, the company also has a rental and drop-off point at Ueno Station in the city.

The pick up and drop off point close to but not at the airport (they will pick you from/to airport for free) just reserve extra time before your flight. They can speak english and chinese. Overall quite good on customer services only don’t expect you will get the latest car features. But they are cheaper compared to to others so i would still recommend anyone interested

🚗💨I'm so glad I chose this company! The entire process was conducted in both English and Chinese, and they were incredibly attentive to detail. 🌟【Surprising Vehicle Upgrade: Fuel-Efficient and Hassle-Free】 I originally ordered a regular model, but upon picking it up, I was told it was a free upgrade to a hybrid vehicle! The fuel consumption was amazing! I ended up spending the money saved on convenience store snacks, haha~ 📧【Borderless Communication, Super Responsible Customer Service】 I was a little panicked at first because I couldn't contact them, but then I realized they had been emailing me every day since I placed the order (until I successfully added them as a contact), thoughtfully including multiple contact methods like LINE, WeChat, and WhatsApp! The customer service representative was incredibly responsive, answering questions instantly. They even proactively reminded me that I had forgotten to update my International Driving Permit (IDP), which almost prevented me from picking up the car – a lifesaver! ✈️【Smooth Airport Transfer Experience】 When I contacted staff to collect my luggage after landing, a pickup was arranged instantly! No more dragging my suitcase and getting lost – so convenient for travelers on a whirlwind trip! 📱【Efficient Car Pickup, Super Patient Guidance】 All paperwork was completed online, the electronic contract was clear and easy to save, and I picked up the car in just 10 minutes after checking everything on-site. The staff patiently demonstrated the basic operations. However, as soon as I got on the road, I noticed the brake lights were constantly on, and after a video call for help, I realized… I hadn't released the handbrake! (So embarrassing 😂) But I received quick and patient guidance from the staff in the group chat, which was frustrating but heartwarming! 🙌【Summary: A Top-Notch Company for Detail-Oriented Individuals】 From vehicle quality to service responsiveness, from language convenience to emergency assistance, it was a perfectly tailored experience for first-time travelers to Japan! I was so lucky to find such a reliable company for my first overseas car rental; I'll definitely choose this company again next time! ❤️ ⚠️Tips: Remember to check the IDP validity period before renting a car overseas! Don't be careless like me! This company can even cure forgetfulness, so what reason is there not to choose them?! (Attached are some beautiful pictures.)
