I rented the car for almost a month. The car was clean, and I had a comfortable stay without any problems along the way. I was able to contact them via WeChat when I rented it, which made communication until the return process smooth and easy. I also appreciated that foreigners could make reservations and that there was a page that explained how to get a driver's license in detail. As a foreigner, I had some difficulties, such as the deposit being released very slowly, which caused me to worry for a month after returning the car, and because the car's registration certificate wasn't in the car (which is not good), I had to go back to the rental location to process any traffic violations. These are things I wouldn't have noticed if nothing had happened, but they are something to be concerned about when renting for a long period. However, I was able to have a comfortable road trip thanks to being able to make a reservation and having a clear plan until departure, so I'm grateful for that this time.

The vehicle was in very old condition, with numerous obvious scratches and damage on the body. The fabric seats inside were significantly worn, further emphasizing its age. Furthermore, the phone holder originally mounted on the air conditioning vent was broken. The overall condition of the vehicle seemed to be from twenty or thirty years ago, significantly impacting the user experience. The originally arranged vehicle was a Tesla Model 3, but I was concerned about limited charging locations, so I specifically asked customer service to send a gasoline-powered car, which resulted in this situation. Other than that, there were no other performance issues. However, I must emphasize that the rental company's service was excellent; they responded quickly and were flexible in handling the return time and location.
