• Can I pick up and drop off the car at different locations in Hong Kong?

  To drop off your car at a different location, simply select "Drop off at a different location" and select your drop-off location. We will show you all available drop-off locations.

• What documents and information do I need to provide to rent a car in Hong Kong?

  Depending on the rental supplier and the country or region you're visiting, the car rental supplier may require certain documents (such as a valid driver’s license, passport, credit card, and other documents with your name and address) along with a printed booking voucher. We recommend checking with your rental supplier and the local embassy or consulate (or their websites) of your destination country/region before booking. Please remember that all travelers are responsible for preparing the correct documents before departure. Important notice: All additional driver and equipment fees must be paid at the time of pickup. Please ensure your credit card can cover these fees. If you cannot provide a valid credit card, if your credit limit is insufficient, or if the card is not in the main driver’s name, the staff may refuse to let you pick up the car, and no refund will be provided. If this is the case, you may not receive a refund.

• Can I rent a car without a credit card?

  In most cases, the main driver will need to provide a credit card at the time of pickup, although some rental suppliers also accept debit cards. Regardless of the payment method, the card must be in the main driver’s name and have sufficient available credit to cover the vehicle deposit.

• Do car rental prices in Hong Kong fluctuate often?

  In most cases, you will pay at the rental counter. In some cases, payment will be required when you book the vehicle. In some cases, additional items will be included in the rental fee. We will display all relevant details during the booking process.
