On the phone indicated on the office door, no one spoke English and if the tourist does not have the Internet or the WeChat application at that moment, it may be difficult to communicate. For those who speak Chinese, of course, there is no problem. For the security deposit, we were not given the full amount back and did not explain whether it was withheld due to traffic violations..? The amount was not large, so we did not raise any complaints. The car was new and overall a good experience driving in China for the first time.
