This rental lasted a month, with a total mileage of over 3600 kilometers. This was my first time using this company; it was credit-based with no deposit required. The rental location isn't inside the airport, but at the PTT Station outside. They offer a shuttle service, but you need to contact them after landing; having a Line account would be helpful. The staff didn't speak Chinese, and their English was terrible, so communication was a problem. The car was in pretty good condition. The Toyota Yaris I rented had just over 100,000 kilometers on it. It's a small car, but its advantage is its agility and ease of driving. I won't go into the exterior details, but remember to take videos for your records. There aren't many cars like this in Chiang Mai with good exteriors; the one I used was considered excellent. There was no phone holder, and they didn't provide one when I asked. Finally, a reminder: don't park where you shouldn't in Chiang Mai city. The police will lock your car. You can rent with a Chinese driver's license, but legally it's considered driving without a license, so don't break the rules or park illegally. Otherwise, what could have been a 1000 baht bill will double! But on the other hand, having a car makes Northern Thailand much more exciting.

Although we didn't speak the language, everything went very smoothly! 👍 When I picked up the car, there was a minor scratch on the narrow road, damaging the rearview mirror. They quickly took me to the rental shop, fixed it, and I was back on the road in 10 minutes. The whole process, from picking up the car to returning it, was very smooth. I highly recommend them; they're a very reliable chain rental shop in Chiang Mai. Very professional. Renting a car is so convenient!

The service was excellent. The staff added me on WeChat first. I spoke in Chinese, and she translated directly into Thai to communicate the pick-up time and location. The pick-up was at a gas station near the airport. I took a taxi from the Old City to pick up the car. If you've just arrived, the staff will pick you up at the airport and drive you to the gas station pick-up point, which is very convenient. Returning the car was easy; we just filled up the tank at the gas station and returned it. I will definitely choose this company to rent a car again next time.

It was very convenient. I called when I arrived, and the car came to pick me up from the airport. It was only a 5-minute drive to the actual rental location, which was a gas station parking lot. The car was great; I feel that smaller cars are more convenient in the old town. I got a parking ticket, and since there was no QR code on it, I had to go to the police station to pay it myself. I figured I should ask the rental company to pay it for me when I returned the car.
