I've rented a car from this company twice. The first time, a Korean man served me; he spoke fluent Chinese, was very friendly, and made a great impression. This time, however, they started issuing numbers again, probably because there were more people. Before, you could just queue, but this time you had to take a number. There's no consistent work schedule, which is very uncomfortable. I waited until this young man finished serving the person before me, and when it was my turn, he left. I don't know if he did it on purpose or just didn't want to serve me. It felt bad, almost like racial discrimination. It was very uncomfortable. Later, another young man served me, and his service was much better. I suggest the company should educate him for the sake of the rental company's development. Besides, this arrogant man is the owner's son.
