This company is large, offers affordable prices, and the vehicles are very new. I rented it from the Marriott Hotel service point at the airport; the car was right outside the hotel, making pick-up and drop-off convenient. I also enjoyed the hotel's amenities, including a ride to the airport. I booked a Volvo CX-90, but changed it to an Infiniti CQ-60… 7 seats.

This was my first time renting a car in California, and I was surprised how simple the process was. I had registered for Hertz Gold membership beforehand, so the process was quick and easy. I paid a $200 deposit and was able to pick up the car at the Gold member selection area. The Nissan Altima's trunk is truly spacious; it could fit two 28-inch and two 20-inch cars, plus several soft-sided bags. The car was very new, with just over 30,000 kilometers on it, and had a backup camera and blind spot monitoring lights. The interior was also very clean! Returning the car was almost effortless. I filled up the tank, drove back, left the keys inside, packed my things, and left. My deposit was refunded the next day – incredibly fast! This rental experience was great! 👍
