Great experience staying here for 2 nights..just beside JR station,bus station and food as well..very convenience ..thank you to male staff name Mr Ando for helping me with with some issues..this is my 5th visit to japan..japanese people never fail to impress me..they are very kind and always make me feel amazing towards them..thank you again..arigato gozaimasu😊

The hotel is very clean with excellent service. The view from the rooftop hot spring is amazing. The surrounding area is a blend of nature and modern culture, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Room size is good consider modt japan hotel is quite compact. They provide choice of essential oil and eye mask and beaded pillow upon request. The only disappointment is the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. The buffet dinner is more for group tour.

I stayed for two consecutive nights and my accommodation was in the West Wing. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner were included and free parking. The buffet was of average quality but rich. I was very satisfied with my stay and would choose it next time. The hotel is very close to the ski resort, so it is the first choice if you are skiing.

Close to the Akita Station and many F&B outlets and grocery shops. Also within walking distance to Senshu Park and many museums. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Room is small but clean and functional. Great WiFi too. Highly recommended for a short stay.

My stay at Akita Castle Hotel was truly an unforgettable and wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the center of Akita City, and it is very convenient to access tourist attractions. From the hotel, it is easy to go to local tourist attractions such as the Akita Museum of Art and Selion Tower, and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping facilities in the surrounding area. As for the room, I was particularly impressed with its size and cleanliness. The modern and elegant interior is designed with a sophisticated design, and the calm colors provide a comfortable and relaxing feeling. The large windows offer a beautiful view of Akita City, and the tranquility that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The service of the staff was also very impressive. From check-in to check-out, each staff member was kind and responded quickly and courteously to any questions. In particular, the front desk staff were able to give detailed information about local recommended spots and restaurants, and were quick to respond to any problems, so I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. In terms of food, the hotel restaurant offers dishes that make use of local Akita ingredients. In addition to fresh seafood, you can also taste local cuisine unique to Akita Prefecture, all of which was exquisite. Breakfast is high quality. I didn't think there was a hot spring. I want you to make a hair dryer an ion dryer. This is important from a female perspective. The hairstyle changes by far with the hair dryer. I definitely want an outlet at the bedside. I felt very inconvenient with only two outlets on the desk. Humidifiers, pots, mobile phones, personal computers. It's normal in business.

As it costs less than 600 including breakfast and dinner, a bus will take you to Tsurunoyu at 8 o'clock, and you will stay for 1 hour and be sent back. At 11 o'clock in the morning, we sent him to the hotel in Tsurunoyu. The food was even better than Tsurunoyu. Although the tatami was too hard and uncomfortable, and the quilt was short and thick, it was not very good to sleep on. But the soundproofing at Tsurunoyu main store is even worse. It is a hotel owned by the same owner as Tsurunoyu and Yamanoyado. Take the bus and rest, call the hotel and they will pick you up. The service is very good. It is a small hotel with less than 10 rooms run by an old man, a little girl, and 2 male employees. I think the private soup that no one goes to is worth 1,000 yuan. Accommodation and food are provided for free 😂 If you drive by yourself, I think you can have breakfast and dinner here and stay at Taze Lake Hot Spring Resort Hotel. Although the hot spring there is a mess, it is a normal hotel room with good sound insulation. There is a toilet in the room, so you don't have to go out to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The hotel is right at Kakunodate Station, just half a minute's walk from the station, which is very convenient. The food in the hotel was delicious. We had dinner and breakfast. It feels very good to sit in the restaurant and have breakfast early in the morning, looking out the window at the quiet station in the early morning. The hotel room is not big. From Kakunodate Station, you can take the Akita Inland Line train north. The scenery along the way is beautiful, and you can just take the train to Aniga Station, otherwise the journey will be too long.

The hotel facility is relatively good. However, the hotel policy seems to have a big problem. We checked in the hotel at 7pm, they said our room rate was for check-in between 23:30~05:00 and that check-in other than this period will have a surcharge of Yen $2000. At normal hotel booking, who would alert the check-in time is at midnight??!! OK, we assume we overlook this strange rule, we paid. However, two days later we stay at the same brand hotel in Aomori, I clearly requested a non-smoking room at booking (as I did same for all hotels at the trip), but the receptionist insisted that we didn't. They said they don't have a non-smoking room for us unless we pay Yen $2000 for additional charge. We don't understand the game! Supposing all non-smoking rooms are at the non-smoking floor; if they have one, they should have given us free. If not, how can they make one with the additional charge ?

I was able to stay at a reasonable price and the customer service was polite and I used it comfortably. I definitely want to use it when I come to Akita.

The price is very affordable, there is 1.2 kilometers away from jr Tozaki Station, it is very convenient to walk without luggage, if there is a suitcase, it is recommended to call. There are no restaurants near the hotel. There is a large supermarket 100 meters away. There is a lot of food. There is a sightseeing tower in front of it, 100 meters high, free boarding, and a coffee shop on it.

The private room dinner was about 11 courses and we got tired of eating!! Super fresh seafood. The servers were super polite, Knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail despite the language limitations. The hot water is salty and soothing for the skin. The location is excellent, in the center of Kakunodate, near Samurai House, Hinoki Uchigawa and local specialty restaurants. It was a pleasant stay experience!
