Hotels With Breakfast in Satun Province, Thailand

We are a group of four, and the room is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. They provided baggage services, sending our luggage to the pier when we checked out. The hotel is located at Pattaya Beach, just a short walk from Walking Street and the pier. Breakfast offers a variety of options, from Asian to Western. One minor issue is that the water pressure for the shower is slightly low. Beautiful view from room, worth its price. Will still come back if revisit kohlipe.

Pretty solid I guess, we stayed in the little villas between the restaurant and the pool. They were generally clean and quiet, staff was nice enough but not overly so. Bigger issues tbh is Koh lipe- it’s supposed to have world class beaches but they are covered end to end with boats all day every day. They only want to avoid it is north near Irene and the maintain area, or to take a little boat to some nearby beach. This place is good enough if you’re going to lipe though.

They do care about visitors: 1. Very strong pressure of water 2. Drying rack for your cloths 3. Cold room when you enter it. AC works even when you are out. Each time you return to room it's in optimal temperature. 4. Breakfast with really wide range of options. 5. Many towels 6. Beach bag 7. Very good lighting system 8. Upgraded room for free and even didn't told me about that. 9. Free delivery to/from walking street/jetty. Some drawbacks can be found, but they are minor.

It was a good stay but the WIFI connection got disrupted throughout our stay till will checked out today. Other than that, they should increase more indoor games like carrom, chess etc. The buffet breakfast was overall satisfactory but the can be some sugar control on the Thai Milk Tea. Will consider coming in future. Very courteous and respectful staffs, kudos to them all.

Positives: The hotel is well located close to the beach. The swimming pool is clean and has nice amenities for children such as slides. It is next door to ”walking street” The air-conditioning works well and there is a place to dry clothes after swimming on a hidden balcony. Great water pressure in the shower. Negatives: The check-in and checkout process was dreary with it taking well over 1 hour to check in. There's also a 10 minute waiting time on checkout to get your deposit back. So it's best to checkout and go have a coffee and come back for thr money later. You cannot check-in before 13:00, but you have to checkout before 10:00, well earlier than many other resorts on the island. The breakfast was not worth it with little variety and long cues form for a single small coffee machine. It's better to just go to the coffeeshop next door. The beds are harder than most people would enjoy. The island is beautiful and I spent 2 nights in this hotel, it was worth the money and you can work around most of the negatives easily

We stayed in Garden Villa close to the beach and it was wonderful. Food and drink in the beach bar are of a good level and reasonable prices, their young coconuts are fantastically fresh. Staff is incredible and try to assist you with everything. Keep in mind that hotel is spread over the hill, we had beach level villa, but there are many that are located upper and you have to climb many stairs. But for a short climbing it’s fine, good for health. Though can be a big minus for older travelers. Definitely I will stay here again on my next visit to Lipe.

We had a fantastic stay at the Resort which was very conveniently located close to the jetty landing. Being situated at the end of the Sunset Beach, it was less busy and expose to the general public, making it rather private. We had to change the room the first day due to a plumbing issue in one of our rooms. The resort was also very accommodating in changing the 2nd room to a ground floor unit as I’d suffered a knee injury prior to the holiday. The daily buffet breakfast had wide choices and something to look forward to even after 4 nights. Kudos to the ever helpful receptionists and Boy who was super helpful and informative. Will definitely be a choice of stay again.

The resort has 2 swimming pools. 1 of the inner shared among the pool access rooms while the other is infront of the beach bar. They also provide massage services right by the lobby area. Very relaxing throughout the entire stay. They also have a 1 for 1 cocktail promotion from 4-8pm daily. Breakfast is a wide spread of different food. From chicken rice to salads to self-make panini and even thai roti. Loved it. Walking street is located just next to the resort. Great convenience. Will return to this resort again if visiting Koh Lipe.

We stayed at Sita resort for a week   We had a room near the restaurant and front desk. The accommodations were clean and the room had all the amenities of home including a romantic outside bath. The grounds were kept up the pool was sparkling   And of course the beach that was only a few hundred feet from our room was amazing I would highly recommend this resort

Very nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

The concept is pretty nice, but the bungalows are quite outdated — we stayed at 3 different hotels (2 on the sunrise beach, 1 at the north pole) and all the hotels are a bit oudsted inside. The girls at the reception were great, helped us with everything we asked for. The territory is not that big, compared to other resorts. But very green and a nice layout. The biggest disappointment was the a/c — it was old and very noisy, even at the minimum fan level, and obviously couldn’t cool the room down. In April and May a/c is the first thing that must work properly cause it’s extremely hooooot. The bathroom at the balinese villa is huge, but there is not air circulation, so after you take a shower be ready for a weird smell — not from pipes, but from the humid space with no ventilation. One more thing we didn’t like was that there was no shower or faucets in the beach area — so when you’re done with your beach activities and head back to the room you won’t find any water to help you get rid of the sand. We had to use the pool for that reason. The breakfast is pretty simple, it’s not a buffet, but you can choose different options from the menu. Very basic taking into account the price you pay for the villa — for the same price you will get an amazing buffet at the Idyllic concept next door with plenty of options, including noodle station, roti station, ice cream, etc. For 1 night it was okay, but I’d hardly choose it for a longer stay.

Amazing hotel that overlooks the a cliff on Koh Lipe. The resort is quaint and quiet place and we really felt welcomed by the staff who managed to accommodate us very well. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful aroma therapy scent that was really relaxing and therapeutic. Will definitely want to visit again soon. My best wishes to the staff and Thank you for making our stay wonderful and memorable. Food is decent and nice. We were offered snorkeling and kayaking activities and we had so much fun doing it!

The ocean-view villa made me pine for loved ones, as I initially felt guilty for experiencing such a property by myself. I imagined my folks opening the shuttered windows and gazing out at the sunrise each morning. I wished my niece and nephew were sitting on the villa-wide balcony, keeping me company. Yet as the days passed, I fell comfortably in love with being alone in such a magnetic space. Steps from the most intimate, private stretch of Sunrise Beach, Serendipity balances up-scale bohemia with laid-back sophistication. The owner, fortunately, is also a chef—noted in each dish served. Welcoming and gregarious, he was approachable without being overbearing. Honeymoon—yes. Intimate anniversary—absolutely. Elderly parents—possibly a challenge due to the inclined stairways. Excellent hotel! The best of all that stayed in this area before leaving to Lipa. I suppose it is positioned as a hotel to rest before traveling through the islands of the national natural park. Friendly staff. Style and comfortable rooms, comfortable bed, noisy air conditioner. Excellent breakfast on the menu. Wonderful small pool. And opposite the hotel across the sea road. Yes, the hotel is a bit far from the pier, no shops in step-by-step availability. But on the other hand there are several cafes with a view on the sea (dinner in Satun Sashimi, we liked), massage salon (not visited), and on the right in a couple of steps you can try local dishes (noodles, rice, soups) at very pleasant prices. After the eviction, the staff took us to the pier. Recommended hotel!

Nice hotel, good atmosphere, clean rooms, cool air, delicious breakfast, with a variety of choices. The hotel is located near Mu Ko Petra National Park.

I booked this hotel because the 3pm boat to Ko Lipe was no longer in service since Covid-19 hit Thailand and my family and I were stuck on the main land. It was a clean hotel with all the amenities needed for an overnight stay and not too far rom the pier we were catching a boat from the next day.

Clean rooms, soft beds, comfortable beds, wide bathrooms, no refrigerators, suitable for staying overnight. The staff speaks very well, very cute, good service, reasonable price, suitable for having a private car.

It is a very private place to stay, suitable for people who really want privacy. The service is very good, the staff are friendly, the sea view is very beautiful, the room is clean, safe, quiet and private. I would like to come back to stay here again.

For budget hotel, this hotel considered worth the money. The room is quite old, toilet is quite smelly. But consider okay for a budget hotel. The location is far from shops, need to drive if you want to find food.

A good hotel to stay before heading to Koh Lipe. Stylishly decorated, the room has almost everything you need. There was a real lack of a refrigerator, the lack of a refrigerator surprised me. Otherwise, everything is great, tickets for the spitbod were bought right there at a normal price, there is an opportunity to leave the car in the shade, the price is 100 baht/day. It's close to the pier and there are many cafes nearby with reasonable prices. In general, we can safely recommend it as a transit hotel
