Good location Cleaning service in general good The hotel is a bit old and neglected in some rooms. We stayed in 3 different rooms and all of them had something old or could be improved. However, in relation to price vs quality it is acceptable. Basic for a tourist stay in Rio. Breakfast is served every day the same, however it is a buffet and you can put together different dishes.

The best beach in Rio, there are many tourists, queue for breakfast, wait for 20 minutes for each elevator, it is cost-effective. The service is not good, I asked for something to be sent to the room, but it was not given to me in the end, and the waiter did not speak English very well.

You can park your car on the street next to the beach, but you need to buy your own ticket. Service: The hotel has guys to help with luggage and security to help press the elevator. It is very safe to stay here. In addition, the hotel provides help in booking one-day tours in Rio, which are much cheaper than online. You can also book massage to your room for 50 minutes, which is much better than mobile massage on the beach!

The day we arrived, they were going to give us a room that was not the one we asked for. Supposedly because the platform made a change. Something they never told me about. Luckily, in the end they gave me the reserved room, after speaking with the manager. They gave me room 801, the window of the room that faces the beach could be seen in half, they told me it was because of the sea. On the other hand, the first night they had to go to the room to fix the jacuzzi that did not work The location and cleanliness of 10/10, very quiet and safe. At check out they wanted to charge me for consumption of the minibar that I did not make. (Luckily I did not have to make the payment) The breakfast is excellent.

The hotel itself was a bit outdated, and the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The AC worked well, though it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t bother us. The staff was friendly and professional. A big bonus was the free access to a nearby gym, which was modern and well-equipped with an excellent variety of gear. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

We booked this hotel in Nov at an inflated price of $1500 USD for 4 nights assuming there'd be rooftop access on NYE since the hotel website didn't call out a ticketed event for that night. When we arrived, the staff told us it was in fact a ticketed event for an additional $300 USD. Perhaps our oversight but we scowered the website before booking at such a high price and it wasn't there. The manager was very helpful in accommodating a cancellation if needed, ultimately we were too tired to pack and unpack again and waste another day in transit so we stayed and bought the tickets. Check in is 2pm. We arrived at 1pm and they said they had a room for us. It wasn't ready so we went to the pool where again, service was wonderful. Front desk gave us a tour of 2 rooms to choose from which was great, but then msgd me and said they'd have a diff room ready at 2:30. We went down at 3pm and the room changed yet again and the new room still wasn't ready. We got a room with no apologies at 4pm. The room was standard. Strong cleaning smell but decent. The shower hose didn't stay in place. The shower drain did not work at all - we had to kick the water to the corner each time for it to drain or pools of water stayed until the next day. The sink also didn't drain. The toilet stopped flushing. We had a plate with one chocolate on it from NYE which by the next day was covered in ants. We are very tidy girls and give some grace for older hotels to have some flaws, but the experience for the price we paid made us appreciate the airbnbs we'd stayed at before checking in here. Location is great, gym and pool are great, but not worth the $ for NYE or Carnival.

O hotel é maravilhoso, no centro perto de tudo para ir andando, quem é de fora do país é excelente pra fazer amizades, no hotel tem um grupo de moradores e sempre tem atividades para se fazer. Eu só nao gostei muito do café da manha pois como boa brasileira eu gosto de café da manhã em buffet a vontade, e lá o café é de forma individual, você escolhe uma opção entre 5 que tem e eles te servem, tem opções para gringos e brasileiros, mas gosto mais de comer a vontade e escolher, fora isso foi tudo completamente perfeito.

I love Búzios Resort. Good place family, especially for children. I just think you need to improve a little bit the food, put more varieties. But beyond that, everything is great. I've been 2 times.

The hostel and beautiful ! The swimming pool at night and what is most beautiful, to drink just moon ! ! I was just sad because it was my birthday and they promised a commemorative cake and for 3 times I warned the 3 reception and they even gave my cake .... I went away without !

What a little gem! The location was excellent and I even had the girls dorm to myself for 2 days!! No kichen facilities, but a fridge and a kettle are available. Such friendly staff! Construction going on at present but they are very considerate. The pictures are the view from the balcony of the ladies dorm.
